Terrible service dont know why companies use them!!!! ordered washer for my sister they cancelled first delivery and never turned up the next day when was told they would... wasted 4 days keep trying to track it and get redelivery date and time supposed to have manager call me 2 days later no phone call so had to just cancel washer with littlewoods has sisters got 2 children and couldnt wait no longer!!

Was supposed to have a mattress delivered on the 12th of June, now I have rang up 3 times, 1st time was telling them my situation because it was marked as delivered but it wasn't. 2nd time is when I rang up again because of me having to wait for someone to contact me which didn't happen, and was told the mattress was still in the warehouse just sitting there because the ordered was completed wrong on their side and a new order had to be created so they can scan the item. 3rd time and last time I rang was because I did not receive a SMS and I figured I wouldnt get anywhere unless I constantly remind them. A guy on the phone said he would be able to get it delivered on the 20th which was great but then I received a SMS to book the delivery date and the earliest they can do is the 29th of June. This is such BS and when buying things off very again I'll be making sure arrow XL are not on as s the courier's and ask them to change it.

I have a delivery with arrow XL tomorrow. Not by choice. And I've never heard of them to be honest. Pooping it a bit now after all the reviews. I've took the day of to receive my monster telly. Fingers crossed it comes. And guess what on time early if anything. All good. Nothing wrong with my delivery at all. Keep it up guys.

Great delivery service, don t see the need for the unnecessary hate. They were so good the person delivering my package actually sailed across the ocean to come to Houston and personally give me my package. 10/10 would recommend again.

Ordered a large item through Very. Arrow refused to leave in garage even though I accepted full responsibity. Been on the phone now waiting for half an hour as rearranged for today but have had no communication. Appalling customer service. The only reason companies use them is they must be cheap...

A terrible delivery company had a delivery SLoT of 2pm-4 pm got a phone call at 3.20 to say they wouldn't be delivering today as drivers have run out of driving hours .And booked me a slot in 4 days time i wont be counting on delivery judging by the reviews. Why would any one use this company .

We haven't received any email or call f try on Arrow xl, checked website that we did our shopping and found tracking number directed to delivery website and surprising message: delivered at 8:53 no one home, carded. Basically I m working from home and was at home, no card has left in our post box. No agent is available to chat and no one picked the phone!!! What is it? A joke?!

Terrible service! Booked in a delivery, but they never turned up. When I phoned them they said that although it looked like the delivery had been booked in, it actually hadn't been, and so I would have to re-book for the following week. They don't deliver on weekends so I would have to take another day off work to accept the delivery. Ended up cancelling the whole order. They genuinely do not care.

There should be an option for zero stars. We ordered a premium delivery to any room in the house for a mattress. Delivery guys wanted to leave it outside and point blank refused to take it to the bedroom even when given proof of premium delivery. Rude, unhelpful and utterly useless.

Received a 60 inch tv delivered by Arrow today. I wasn't able to be home for the delivery so asked my sister to wait for the parcel. To be fair it arrived on time but driver just pushed tv through the door as soon as it opened nearly knocking my sister off her feet. The driver just walked off without speaking. Shocking!!

Awful.. . Tracked my delivery all morning.....until it said..unable to deliver reschedule delivery!!! I've been here all morning and nobody has even been up my street!! Now been waiting on the phone for half an hour for customer services to answer and am now late for an appointment...exrremely annoyed will never order from any company that uses arrow xl again.....bloidy useless

I received an email to book my delivery but the url went to an unavailable website, so I contacted them via the chat box. Unfortunately I got disconnected the first time but the lady still sorted the delivery date. I reconnect and the second adviser was happy to check it had been set. Both lady were polite and efficient. Could not have asked for more.

Bought a wardrobe from littlewoods wasn't delivered on the specified date by Arrow XL. Spent 2 days trying to get through on website customer chat and kept giving up because i had to wait 30+ mins on hold on the phone. Got through finally and had a clearly very annoyed customer service lady (i dont blame her having to deal with all the backlash from the missed deliveries) Was given a second delivery date told between 9 - 12 come 4pm still waiting. 3rd delivery slot allocated after similar waiting time on hold showed up 4 hours late Hope i never have to deal with them again.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I bought a brand new Samsung fridge freezer it was delivered and then left in packaging as the driver said he was too busy to unpack as he has got to get to other jobs. I have opened it slightly to have a look and seen a big dint/scratch on the front of the fridge door. Not impressed this firm needs to hire the right people to do the job if they can't handle carry heavy goods then the jobs not for them!! Hopefully I can get it replaced if not I want the refund of this company!!!

The Arrow xl ratings of 5 stars on other sites always mention the driver/delivery by name as if they `suddenly` became part of the family. They delivered my furniture `eventually` 3 weeks after lies that I was not in/never answered my mobile. The two people was rude/destructive and ignorant.Arrow xl is not fit for purpose.........avoid don't be another victim.

Had to put 1 star as no option for zero, received an email with a time slot for my item (bed), the next morning receive a text to say it had been sent to the wrong depot and will no longer be delivered, i then rang Arrow XL for them to then tell me they did not have the bed at all and told me to ring the company i ordered the bed from (VERY), disgusting attitude from the Arrow XL customer service representative, not sure why they sent an email with a time slot for delivery if they didn't have the item, my daughter now has nothing to sleep on (got rid of toddler bed), and due to it being Saturday nothing can be done (silent night are closed on a weekend), i now have to wait until Monday to even speak to somebody to find out where the bed is. Appalling customer service, surprised big companies are still using Arrow XL with this many complaints.

Was told an hour before the delivery was supposed to arrive that they didn't have the full order to send out despite them texting confirmation of delivery the night before. A week of silence from them later they still don't have the full order & can't even say if they're awaiting it from the retailer or lost in the warehouse. Farce.

Very bad customer servcie. I had a new bed delivered, so they came to remove my old one. As they were doing so they dropped the first half of the bed down my wooden stairs causing significant damage. A huge chunk of wood has been taken out of the step. I informed the delivery men before they left and they took photgraphs of the damage. They also removed the part they broke off my step without me noticing. Removing all evidence. I then called where i had order my bed from to inform them and they contacted arrow xl on my behalf. I received an email from them the next day asking for photographs of the damage and that they will be in contact within 28 days. It took them the full 28 days to get back in touch with me. They said that after speaking to the crew they were going to dismiss my claim. They didnt even call me to talk to me about this and no-one came out to assess the damage. The crew members stuck together and denied any knowledge of causing damage to my stairs. They then gave me 14 days to appeal. I am still awaiting to hear back from them. It is appauling that i have to fight to get my stairs repaired, which they damaged. I currently have a dangerous staircase with a 16 month old son and i am pregnant. They have told me i cannot get them repaired yet because if i do without their permision they will not cover the costs if the appeal gets over turned. DO NOT USE ARROW XL.

Would have given this outfit a zero if I could,absolutely hopeless!! Was notified by the driver that my order from Amazon would be delivered within 20 minutes but two hours later and still no parcel so phoned the driver who assured me that it had been delivered.I assured him that it hadn't been delivered and when he checked said that it had been delivered to a wrong address in a different street because that was where his sat nav had sent him!! Phoned their head office but they claimed they couldn't contact the drive and offered no further help. The parcel eventually arrived but the driver was most indignant at being sent to retrieve the parcel from the wrong address that he had delivered it to

Appalling service. I paid for furniture to be delivered today Monday 17th June because i had a day off work and now these morons aren't delivering it till Thursday the 20th. They have my furniture in their warehouse and were not helpful. Their warehouse is half an hours drive from my house it's still going to take them an extra 3 days. Even the company who i ordered the furniture from said they were not helpful. Apparently a back log from last week. There the equivalent of a single man with a van trying to deliver a Wembley stadium sized crowed. Just realised even the responses from arrow are standard cut and paste with the individuals name added. What an insult. They can't even be bothered to write a personal apology.

Absolutely appalling delivery service. Delivery booked in for today and received text message yesterday confirming delivery and time slot of between 1.45pm and 3.45pm it is now 10.30pm and still no sign of delivery or any communication as to the whereabouts of it! No customer service available as it is Saturday. Absolutely disgraceful. Edited to say, after contacting the company after they had responded to this review I received a phonecall from a very helpful lady who rearranged my delivery to the day after out conversation and kept me informed throughout the day of where my delivery was and when it would be arriving. This made up for the poor service initially received via the online chat service. Thank you for your help.

Absolutely miserable delivery company, 5 promised delivery times with no sign of them on each occasion, 3 months later and still do not have the mattress. When we did finally get a call the drivers stated could not find as we are in new build but also could not find locations that have been in the area for over 100 years. Leads me to believe that either the drivers cannot use a SAT Nav or were deliberately being difficult. Never experienced anything like this.........................DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I got up early this morning(15/06/2020) expecting my delivery from Amazon it was promised between 08.30 and 10.30.I thought, I will just track the item to make sure, when I looked on the email from Amazon it said delivered Wed 10/06/2020 I tried the impossible which was to contact ArrowXL, shock horror they weren't accepting phone calls. I contacted Amazon and explained the lies that ArrowXL had sent,do they honestly think they can get away with THEFT, if Amazon do not contact the police I will. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN. AMAZON I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STOP USING ARROW XL OR YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOM. Even in their response Arrow XL can't get it right.I clearly stated " I looked on the email from Amazon it said delivered Wed 10/06/2020 " AND NOT SCANNED ON MONDAY. Anyway I'm not wasting anymore time with this company.

Company arranged a delivery time of between 7-9 and I followed the instructions to speak to them on webchat and told them that it could be anytime that day just after 9. They disconnected the chat and tried to deliver at 7.30 in the morning. I contacted the company to arrange redelivery saying delivery could be anytime between 9 - 5.30 and was told because this was a business address this would be possible. They sent me an email the day before to say that it would be delivered between 7.30 & 9.30. I called back to say this wouldn't be possible and they said they could reschedule the delivery for Saturday but I was only available for a two hour slot on Saturday so we agreed Monday between 9.30 & 3. Just had a mail to say delivery is scheduled between 7.30 - 9.30. Am tempted to just let them turn up again and have no one answer them. I did notice that confirmation email has a lot of information about protecting their staff from incidents of violence, threatening behaviour and verbal abuse. This at first seemed somewhat odd but having had dealings with this company it seems perfectly understandable as to why they feel then need to put that on there now.

Shambles of a company. this is the last time we will order anything from Very or anywhere else which uses Arrow. Waited a full day last week to be told they were unable to locate our tumble dryer in their warehouse so wouldn't be delivering as promised (yeah right!)....and they would be in touch to re arrange.... several days later without hearing my Husband contacted them and they re arranged for today, delivery between 14.45 and 16.45 . they have just delivered now at almost 7pm. Awful service - never again.

0 stars. Ordered nursery furniture and the wrong stuff was delivered. After a lot of hassle on the phone, I cancelled the order and arranged to have the furniture returned. 2 weeks later, lots of phone calls later, and several times we have been promised that Arrow XL will 'be in touch in 3 working days' - the furniture is still sat, boxed up, in my living room. Awful. Avoid at all costs.

We were told that are delivery slot was between 12pm n 2pm. At 4pm I phoned to see where it was as they stated it had been delivered. To be told that they have a technical issues and that it hasn't been delivered but also that it won't be delivered today (2nd March) and that they will re-arrange the delivery and that someone will call you today (2nd March18) no phone all at all!!! So now I've got to call them again (not a free number ) to rearrange delivery . Absolutely disgusting . I won't ever use this service again!!

After reading the reviews, I was quite worried about my delivery as I'd taken the day off work. I chose my delivery date, got a 2 hour time slot (1-3) and it was delivered. However it came at 11am. The drivers did try and get in touch with me (I imagine to check if I was at home) but I missed their call. So it was a good job I was in at the time. May not have been so good an experience if I was out. But luckily all went well.

Awful company employing modern slavery techniques, they've had faithful young lads working for years still on the agency with no contract offered, on a Monday they offered me a promotion then the next day I was sacked, the managers sack employees on a whim they're utterly ruthless, also they don't pay the correct wages and when you contact them to get them to resolve the situation they promise everything but do apsolutely nothing. Terrible company a disgrace and a blight on Wigan.

Just had a delivery and the drivers mate over the phone was very rude and implied my partner was lying about where we live. Give them simple instructions on where we are and got told they couldn t get round to us. My partner had to go out to the end of the street and wave at them to show them that they can. The WORST service ever. I was at home all day waiting for appliances to be delivered. I waited and waited, the delivery never came. Then, a message was sent to my mobile saying I missed the delivery. I immediately called their call centre, they claimed the driver came 20 minutes ago.The next available delivery slot will be after 5 days. But I just received deliveries from B&Q and Debenhams the same day without any problem. The only explanation is ArrowXL's service standard is much lower than its counterparts.

Ordered a freezer due for Monday. Got a text on Saturday telling me my delivery was unsuccessful which I thought was odd. I contacted them online and the agent dealing with me says there was an IT error and that it was still due on Monday. No apology for the time wasted trying to get in touch with them. It was as if I shouldn't have been so naive. If there are any companies using this service to deliver good, avoid them like Trump's tiny grabby fingers.

Tried calling to rearrange a delivery that was late (therefore I had to leave for work) and have been on hold for 20 minutes which is ridiculous! I'd rather have my money back and buy a wardrobe from somewhere else! On the day, I tried to contact the drivers to ask them to leave my package with the concierge, however I was told that both their phones were switched off and that a message had been left with them. I highly doubt this was done. No note was left to say they had been and missed me so I had no update until the next day. Absolute rubbish.

Even one star isn t warranted. Arrow xl were due to deliver my new bed this morning, the time slot we were given was for between 7.45am & 9.45am. Our work had all been rescheduled to allow us to be at home. We got up early dismantled the old bed and took it to the tip. At 9.45am still no bed and no communication from arrow xl. The online chat wasn t available, so I googled the company to find a phone number. I was told there was a problem loading the van, so it wasn t going to be delivered. The next available delivery day would be Wednesday. I needed my new to sleep on! I asked them to find a way of delivering to me today, or pay for a hotel until it was delivered - as this was their fault - I was told any compensation or claims had to go through Very (where I had ordered the bed from, Very have refunded my delivery costs. But Very also said the bed never made it out for delivery as the van was full). So I organised a man & van to go to arrow xl depot and collect my bed - amazing how a delivery company can t get a delivery out, yet within 3.5 hrs of me realising I wasn t getting my delivery, I sorted it myself, and I have my bed! Shocking service from a shocking company. I m just hope it s not this company that s delivering my sofa before Christmas!

Left a disabled woman to try and lift 2 32kg boxes up to her 1st floor flat. I understand with the recent restrictions people are cautious about entering another property but why this should prevent 2 men from lifting the boxes to the front door is beyond me. The 2 "men" were rude, ignorant and left a disabled woman to try and figure out how to get her parcels upstairs, luckily her carer was able to attend. This company should be embarrassed how they treat their customers but looking at the reviews and the feeble damage control done by their "customer support team" nothing will change. Disgusting.

I really don t know what went wrong with the other people who left reviews. We ordered a huge TV online (65 ) and obviously we knew it was going to take some time for it to arrive. We ordered it on a Friday morning, on the following Wednesday we received a text from the courier informing us of our time slot, which was the following morning, on Thursday between 7 and 9AM. Before 7AM we received a call from the driver confirming the arrival and providing an ETA. 30 to 40 minutes later, we received our new TV. Couldn t be happier. Thank you.

Sadly this is another one of those "computer says no" companies. They deserve a zero star. We paid extra for our old fridge to be taken away, but it was not quite fully defrosted. They said they would come back the next day but didn't. Ever since then we have been taking days off to wait in and they never arrived. When you call the helpline you start from scratch every time as if you have never been in touch with them. appalling lack of responsibility with a "someone else's problem" attitude every time

Absolutely shocking service from arrow xl from start to finish waited in twice all day for a delivery that never arrived over 2hrs on hold every time I phoned it was 30 minutes before anyone answered. Why big company s use arrow as a courier service is beyond me it just makes them look bad. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Previous to my order being placed there had been a fire at one of their depots so they get 2 stars instead of one. Placed order through littlewoods and got a delivery date. the day before i recieved a text message to say it would be delivered between 8am and 10am. at 930 we recieved a call to say they had lost the package and not be able to deliver. This left an 18month old baby without a bed and no one at arrow or littlewoods seemed concerned in the slightest!!!!!!

The worst delivery service!! Do not use! Do not use any company that uses ArrowXL. I had booked a delivery for Friday, they didn't load my item on to their van, do they not have a checklist when they are doing this? Do the drivers not then check the items before leaving? Do the drivers not notice before they arrive that the items are not on the van? Then my request didn't get dealt with for hours, I was repeatedly told someone would contact me but nobody did, not on Friday, or Saturday or Monday. They closed their phone lines early on Friday so they could leave early! Still not heard anything from a manager. Useless - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Terrible, Ordered Two Rattan Corner suites via Amazon with delivery via Arrow XL. Received conflicting emails with different dates for the delivery date, should have received a phone call 45mins prior to delivery. Received a call 15mins prior to delivery, was unable to get to the location within that time. The delivery guys wouldn't wait 30mins for me to get there. Re-organised delivery with Amazon for today. Determined not to miss the delivery I cancelled my schedule today to sit & wait for the delivery. Just received a call from ArrowXL asking when they can re-book this in for delivery, I told him its supposed to be delivered today......response, "sorry about that", no attempt at resolution of the problem. They accept that they have the goods, my goods, bought & paid for, the goods are needed today. If I don't receive them today I need to go & buy three sets of garden sofas in time for my event tomorrow, probably at an extra cost - which I shall be passing onto Amazon & if necessary pursuing through the courts. ArrowXL of course have the option today only, of putting my goods in a van & travelling just 1hr to deliver them to me today, which would resolve the problem created by them. But they also have the option of not doing anything about their lack of customer service & further enhancing this problem by just sitting their & shrugging their shoulders with "sorry about that"! High time that someone in ArrowXL woke up & realised that as soon as another supplier starts offering a similar service they'll be out of business rapidly & its the management team that are at fault that will lose their jobs - but, like they care!! "Sorry about that" simply doesn't let you off the hook, your problem, created by you - resolve it, swiftly, with good grace & win back some of the consumers faith in your company - take pride in your jobs, or don't bother turning up to work tomorrow.

Still not received my parcel and been waiting nearly a month now. First delivery was cancelled by them and I had to rebook with the next available slot 3 weeks away! After 3 weeks the parcel was finally due to arrive only for them to cancel the delivery again as there was not space in the van. After ringing and waiting on hold for 1 hour to find this out I was told they would message me later in the day to inform me if they can redeliver. Never had a message so had to ring and wait on hold for another hour. They then told me they had to rebook delivery again however they are unable to do it so will call me back later. Again never called so got to wait on hold again the following day. When finally got through was told the booking is in error and they will have to wait 3 days for IT to fix it. That was 5 days ago and still nothing and I am now pondering whether I can face calling them again or if I should just cancel the original order with the supplier and let them deal with this company. I am now looking forward to the standard reply on here from the company asking me to get in touch like they do with everyone else. Unfortunately that doesn't help but they believe it looks good to give a Standard reply to everyone. ... Update following 'owners' reply. Delivery finally turned up today, one month after the first delivery attempt. Unfortunately you could hear that the item inside was smashed to pieces as they were getting it off the van so they were told not to bother. Not even sure why you would try to deliver an obviously damaged item. After refusing delivery, had an email from arrow asking me to call and rearrange. Luckily amazon customer services actually speak to their customers so I have got a refund through them and now they can have the pleasure of dealing with arrow xl to get the order returned.

Worse delivery company I have dealt with! Failed to deliver my bed on requested day and tried to blame it on the fact the supplier had not delivered them the bed on time, but it clearly stated on ArrowXLs' tracking system that they have received the bed a day previous.... Tracking status has currently been 'Available to book delivery' for 4 days and I'm unable to book this myself as ArrowXL have to be the ones to ring me!!! Getting to the point that I wish I never ordered this bed.

DO NOT USE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Having worked for the two biggest delivery companies in Europe I know first hand how delivery companies should treat customers and Arrow are so far from it, it's unreal. How do you lose a 65" TV and then take more than 24hrs to find it? How do you offer no refunds for wasting customers time with your poor service? Having spent 10 mins trying to get through to a "very helpful" advisor who basically typed from a script: There is nothing we can do, sit and wait for a phone call, we are looking for it, wait for our call, we really are looking, your item is in Worcester even though it can be tracked and says it's in Wigan?? Liars from top to bottom at this shoddy joke of a company, I dare say in a weeks time I still won't have received my item and these tools will still be fobbing me off with "we're looking for it." Requested a sofa delivery from Swoon Editions that up to 3 times didn't deliver without *any* notification. After literally calling so many times at the *end* of the day they would tell us that the sofa was loaded into the vehicle, and back out again, but nobody knew why. Disgusting company ethics.

One star is one too many. Ordered treadmill through Amazon who advertise delivery to room you want (up to 2 storeys). Item delivered by two blokes, one called "Health" and the other "Safety" who refused to deliver the item up one flight of stairs. Now awaiting return to Amazon.

Was supposed to get my wardrobes delivered on the 29th Aug, they were on the van due to be delivered!! then tracking said unable to deliver at property, not 10 mins after they refused a big lorry came down my road and stopped three doors up!! a different company though, thing is I'm now in a mess as old wardrobes were dismantled the night before, have been told by them it's going to be at least 2 weeks for delivery now, to get a smaller van, sorry but bin men get down and other lorrys didn't try ore like very poor service!! So much so I'm cancelling the order all together, didn't want to leave one star in my eye's no stars

I had two texts from this company claiming they were delivering from Amazon. I have not ordered from Amazon. They rang me at work and I told them a safe place to leave the delivery . Needless to say there was no parcel here when I got home. No answer when I tried to ring the mobile number. I have no idea who you are or how you got my mobile number that only close friends and family have. Please explain.

Arrow XL were the courier for our bed. The bed was out for delivery and was then broken before it got to us.. As a result we had to re-order the bed and the second time it was out for delivery it was not loaded onto the van. After several phone calls we were promised that the bed would be delivered the following day. I didn't receive a text message with a delivery slot so I thought something was up.. I called and the bed had not been processed for the following day (Saturday), meaning that I need to take another day off work, which will be my 3rd, to wait for a bed. Very disappointing as I called them at 8am, I would imagine that it could still be delivered today as it is very early in the day, but I was told that this wan't possible. Calling Arrow XL is incredibly frustrating, whilst the staff are friendly and polite there is very little that they can do, for some reason they are unable to check things with the warehouse / delivery team quickly?

Would never recommend this delivery service . I should of had 3 wardrobes and a chest of drawers delivered on 13th April. I had e-mails with time slot and I found out later on that day they can't deliver. I then put in a new day which was 27th April and booked time off work again and had e-mails again with time slots and guess what ..... this time @ 7pm I had a phone call to say they can't deliver.waste of time...... I ended up cancelling my order and going somewhere else....... SHOCKING SERVICE.

Attempted delivery last Wednesday after being booked week before for the range. Advised lady on phone would be in until 11.30 and then from 3pm said should not be an issue will work around the times and will get confirmation of the time slot, also advised live on 2nd floor with no lift again no issues. Delivery day comes 10am still had no confirmation so contact them to find my time slot is 12-2 the only time I can't do with now an hour half to arrange someone to be at mine for DELIVERY! Delivery comes they don't deliver above the first floor!!!

What a nightmare of a company! I have waited in 4 days for a delivery and each time they have cancelled due to one issue or another. They tried delivering a 5th day without prior arrangement. Unfortunatly i will have to wait in for them AGAIN to return the item which has been damaged during transport. Never again will i use this company and i have told every one i know they are not worth using.

This company has got to be the worst for customer service. I have been chasing delivery for over 12 days - finally got someone who sounded like they knew what they were doing - only to be told that they had received the item in their depot today (it was in transit two days ago so must have been going backwards!) but it won't be delivered AGAIN (even though I had been booked in for delivery!) because of some hold it has on it. For a delivery firm you'd think they would do just that. They make Yodel look like the best company in the world and I have had some experiences with them in the past but this beats them all. Staff have no or little knowledge, no empathy when I am clearly annoyed by it all - AVOID THEM ALL YOU CAN - if you can't, take a weeks leave, prepared to be let down and experience thee worst customer service EVER!!!!!

One star cause I had to . Shocking customer services damage items and cancel items without doing basic security checking when phoning customers, and they phone the wrong number.and the.person on the phone say its not theres .and the actual customer left waiting for item to arrive and has no knowledge of the cancellation .they never phone you back when they say they are you have to do all the chasing . I will never use them ever these again . Unfortunately they have to delivery the cancelled item but any company I order from if they use these i will not order.

Surprisingly good and modern service. Arranged to change delivery online, was easily done. Then tracked the delivery using their website which was very slick. And delivery driver gave me notice of arriving and came within their specified window. Ideal.

Wow after reading so many complaints on so many different sites, I Carnt belive this company is still standing, something very similar with today and seems like they want to be home by 6-7pm , very disgusting, I Carnt belive they were two stops away from my delivery today 1pm an then after me contact in arrowxl my self at 5.30pm I get told there having difficulties with customer number 10 I'm customer 13 by the way, there only a hour out from my house on tracking service. Then at 6.13pm the are unable to deliver. They still have 3 hours on the clock 7am-9pm delivery times were through also if you spent five hours on one customer due to not getting the sofa in , you would ask then to reschedule, also you do state to make it accessible or they won't deliver, then what makes it worse I have to reschedule a delivery, even tho this isn't my fault they should do next day delivery to try justify what they had done but no have to wait another four days. The advisor also said I would get a sms saying to rebook , nope I went on my old one to rebook have to go so long with no sofa, I'm 8months pregnant by the way with no chair or sofa as I did do what you asked me to do is clear the area and make it accessible for your drivers to deliver. And get no help or phone call to say they are behind schedule, disgusting customer services and awareness , this company should be ashamed of it's self.

I give a star because it is the least that can be given, the worst in the world, 2 times I made 2 purchases and shipping was a disaster, the first time I saw the truck pass by my house and I thought I would go back or it would stop further. and it turns out that they sent me an email saying that nobody was home. I do not recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a trampoline, it has been in their possession for 2 weeks now. I would give 0 it was possible, get told a date then they cancel it. We confirmed a date they never turned up. They told us Saturday is was coming now they have cancelled again. Absolutely shocking how a company can operate like this. Surely they cant keep someone's property for over 2 weeks
