This place has always had amazing beer, and they never fail to impress. They focus on smaller batches of all styles with a local Ludlow theme. Their new building is one of the most unique, eclectic brewery spaces I ve seen in my entire life. It s a circus and a brewery... it s Bircus!

It's just a fun place. At any point, you're likely to see some circus performers practicing routines or the owner breaking out juggling toys. The beers range from very good to excellent. If you like hops, the showman is where it's at. The Kilpatrick is a quite nice Irish stout. Their Belgian dubbel is not as sweet as most, which I like but isn't really to style. Also try their ginger ale. Food trucks are around most weekend evenings, but they're fine with bringing food in as well. If they can keep up with demand, they'll be great.

It was a really interesting experience. Being a brewery, it is odd to have children there. Of course, the circus is for the children (and adults). The music was great! Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle are always great to see and hear. The circus acts were going on while the band played. Very different and lots of fun. Watching all the kids watching the circus was fun, too! The beer that I had was good, too... I guess I should mention that, eh? I don't remember the name of it, but it had cranberry in it. Before tasting it I was a little leary, but it was enjoyable to the very bottom!

This an AWESOME place to go! While it's growing I consider myself fortunate to find this brewery! So far I'm divided on my favorite brew, Iron Fest (an American ale) is great, and so is "Pie in the face" (a pilsner). But to be honest, those are the only two I've tried. Looking forward to going thru the menu!! And the new brews...

Went here to see a friend play music. Wasn't aware of everything else this location has to offer. Good variety of beer, simple bar food, and ..... What ... Circus performers. The decor inside is early American warehouse, but don't let that scare you away. The person who served us beer at the bar was a juggler. We took our seat at a table and the staff member who waited on us performed on the steel ring and silks. It was a very enjoyable evening and I would recommend you give it a try.

Alright so let's talk about Bircus! Pronunciation first (beer-cuss). 2nd beer! The beer here was great I loved the Diving Elk! While we're at it, each beer's name is somehow tied to the history of Ludlow or Circus performers in Ludlow, which is a part of this cities history that Paul (one of the the owners) was happy to fill me in on. By the way Paul used to travel with the circus, which is where most of the themes and concepts of this wonderful spot come from! There is a wonderful selection of vinyl records which really complete the atmosphere here. There are events hosted here regularly that provide a great excuse to try many different beers, and the crowd is warm and friendly. Can't help but feel like this hidden gem will soon be a big draw for many people on the local craft scene. While we're at it, collaborations with other local breweries such as Darkness in Bellevue, produce some wonderful beers that Paul was kind enough to let us sample such as Darkness on Elm Street (a dark saison)! Top marks in every aspect and everything you would expect of a small local brewery! Keep up the great work! I'll definitely back to refill this growler!

A unique brewery where you never know if your bartender will juggle some swords or serve you a delicious beer. Their selection is fantastic and I have liked all of the beers I have ordered. They have new wood fired pizza that is absolutely delicious with many unique toppings like dried cherries, arugula and prosciutto . This is one of Northern Kentucky's hidden gems. Selfishly I want it to stay that way but everyone needs to experience it.

If you want to be entertained by the most humble circus clown Brewer in exhistance and some of the best ice cold nky brewed beer then this is your spot. Stumbled upon the owner who invited us to this place while out on the onewheel. Next thing I know he's riding a onewheel and shooting flames out of his mouth like a dragon. No kidding. We will be back for sure for another epic night.

Decent beer but great entertainment and experience. The beer got me to come here but its the variety of entertainment that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something to do with younger kids while you enjoy a drink or just anyone in general. Definitely a place that people of all ages can enjoy.
