My experience of working with Summi was exceptional. From initial contact until she successfully placed me into a Great Role, she consistently supported me in my applications. She went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared for interviews and provided an approachable but professional service. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed.. I went there filled out all the forms,one time they lost my application form due to carelessness. Visited again (second time) filled all forms and given.Also did the orientation with like 100's of other ppl, told I would be starting 2 days later but to wait for their confirmation email and call.. then I heard nothing back... I tried calling with no answer and I tried texting when that didn't work and got no answer. I'm still unemployed and find it appalling that they wouldn't even reach out to me to tell me if there was a problem or to just say sorry we don't have enough work left for you.. never expect like this .

I was interviewed at Arrow staffing by Sumit Chawla and she was very professional and helpful. She provided me the work of my interest and skills in the very next week. It was a good company and I am really satisfied with services of Sumit and Arrow.

All started with a chat at Linked in with Lauren Mercer, Recruitment Consultant. Then face-to-face interview. With Lauren, there is no joke. In fact, she went above and beyond and played as a team with Thousandth Siva, Account Manager, two months later, I have a job offer with one of their clients, and I am in probation period now.
Both Lauren and Thousandth did a great job to match not only their client needs but also my needs.

Worst experience: they called for an hour interview for invoicing clerk for their own company.... HR apeksha shah asked me to wait for CFO ...n then she came back n said the interview is cancelled because CFO was busy...without even an interview she said I lacked leadership, interest ..
I had walked an hour under the sunwhich got me tired, coz she asked to get resume printout...n then she also had problem me looking tired and said I should try to control and look fresh irrespective of whatever reason.. very disappointed

Arrow professionals is a great company to work with. All the staffs here are very friendly and helpful especially the supervisor Nitharsan. I would really recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a job.

Awful temp agency. If I could rate it less than one stars I would. I would never reccomend working through this agency. You will never get paid on time. Someone from my work just quit because he never got paid on time. Very unprofessional. I still haven t gotten paid, and when I asked them to mail out my vacation pay, they said they would and they still haven t and it s been almost three weeks. They do not offer direct deposit only cheque so you have to rely on whenever it comes in the mail. Very upsetting.

This is the best company I've ever had the privilege of working with. The family like culture is so welcoming and made me love going to work every day. The amount of knowledge I gained in my experience with the team has been exponentially greater than any of my other professional experiences. I received a job offer, they purposely gave it to somebody else without informing me. Just like any other temp agency, good luck getting a job. Its very unlikely.

I was in need of a sales position, I went to Arrow Professionals seeking for help. I met one of the recruiters there named Neil, we had a chat, he got to know me and told me about many sales job opportunities. He helped me find the one that best suited my needs and helped me through the whole process. As I knew the job I was applying for had a very competitive hiring process, I was simply nervous. Neil helped me through this whole process, he helped me to stay calm and taught me ways I can prepare my self. This helped me tremendously to get the job. As well after, Neil called to do follow ups and help with any questions I had even after I got the job. Simply put, I had an amazing experience with Arrow Professional, and with the recruiter Neil.

Work for 5 days and have missing hours from monday to tuesday. asked several times but only get answer said they can't track the hours. Horrible horrible experience. Arrow, get back the amount of money you owe me and I would consider give you better score.

I reached out to a representative and within two days I had been set up with an interview for a Forklift operator position. This company is absolutely amazing and specifically MARIA. I applied for a management level role through Arrow in August of 2017. After never hearing back from their team regarding the position I began receiving mass emails regarding general labour positions which did not fit with my work requirements or previous work experience (not to mention the emails were not BCCed so my contact information was distributed to hundreds of other potential candidates). I requested the team note that I was looking for managerial level roles and not contact me about general labour. As the emails continued I requested the team not contact me at all. To date I am still receiving offers for general labour roles.
I am extremely disappointed in the Arrow Professional Services team. Their continued lack of care and attention to detail when screening candidates makes me certain that this is not a company I would ever want to engage with (be that as an employer requiring recruitment assistance or a candidate looking for assistance in finding a placement), and I strongly hope they will strive to do better in the future.

I had my interview with Lauren. She was very professional as well easy to deal with due to my situation. I give her 5 stars. When I walked in the folks at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful

From day one when i registered with Arrow professional Services everything was smooth sailing. He such a nice guy I have never seen anyone like him he help everybody. Daily he goes to his employees to meet them while working he goes to person by person and ask them are you okay everything is fine you want any help he is so nice. One month ago I was in trouble I had some family issues so that s why i was thinking to quit the job and I told him the whole story and that time He was the only one person who came to help me. I really have much respect in my heart for Keon. I worked many places but I find the bestest supervisor ever is Keon. I never feel like I m working under my boss or any supervisor something like that he always make us feel like he is our friend and he is really very friendly with everyone. I m having a good time with Nike with Keon and I m glad to be working with them.
