I've been having Arrow service my HVAC for over 20 years. Last week it wasn't working properly and I called them for service for the first time. I told them I thought it needed a charge. The technician showed up on time to the minute. After inspecting it, he told me it just needed a cleaning. He didn't try to up sell me on anything. Finally, a company that does business like I do! They have been around for years and know there products and stand behind the equipment they sell..Good company and fair pricing.

These guys were awesome. Showed up the same day I called in the middle of summer when you know they are busy. Fixed the AC in under a hour, and were upfront with cost regarding parts and labor. Best part, no up-sell on anything I didn't need, but probably could have talked me into. Will use again for sure.

Had an employee follow me on the freeway in rush hour traffic for 2 miles shouting obscenities at me and tailgating because i apparently cut him off a couple blocks before the on ramp.

Be sure to ask for the WHOLE price before agreeing to the work. The price I was given was only for the equipment. The 45 minute installation was an additional $106!
