We still have our Arrow Fastener which was purchased when we still owned our Gulf Station in NJ over 40 years ago. It has stapled lots of big piles of papers and is still stronger than the anemic Swingline that the teacher at my grandson's school has (and that one is brand new). So whatever you are doing, keep doing it! I am going to advise this teacher to get an Arrow next time.

I HAVE FOUND THIS TOOL VERY HELFUL ON PROJECTS RANGING FROM INSTALLING INSULATION TO REPAIRING UPHOLSERY.

After being contractor for 20 plus years I have used every expletive that exists and have created a few over dealing with the cardboard boxes that pass for the packaging of your staples. Now that I am a calm retired person and I only wish that I could meet with the person who engineered this cheap, user un-friendly trash and pound a few boxes of staples up their arse>>>>A ZIPLOCK BAG IS BETTER THAT THIS.. ..COME OUT OF THE #@!$$%#@!STONE AGE AND DESIGN A SUSTAINABLE CONTAINER THAT YOU CAN OPEN AND CLOSE...

I am one of exemployee of this co I worked 2 weeks with minimum wage through Randstad agency, I started in 2nd shift and first day supervisor put me on production line without any training but I picked up everything and worked for 2 weeks.The story of my last day of work when I came to my 2nd shift nice supervisor assigned me at one of the production line but there was lot of staples in front of machine which produced by machine I was packing those before I start my machine but one of the bad guy looks like mechanic with white mostach I didn't know his name yelled me with "F" word and said run the machine or go home but he thought he is the company owner, so I was so disappointed that day and from next day I quit my job. heard this company keep their employees for only 3 months and give only 15 minutes of break in 8 hours and no health insurance and no other benefits.This company uses their newly immigrants employee for three months I also noticed lot of safety violations. This co did not wants to pay my 2nd week paycheck I called Randstad many times every time I heard I need to confirm your hours from the company but company is not confirming. I think company and agency work together to cheat the innocent employees but I fight and finally I got paid.

I like this stapler because it does not hurt my hand. I have artritis in both of my hands.

They are knowledgeable and have super friendly staff. My officer manager raved about their quick service and turn-around. We will continue using them!

No good for 53 feet trailer with sleeper. Be ready to hard time

I was very please with my arrow fastener especially because it was so very light weight I found it much easier to use than the previous staplers I didn't need to use nearly as much pressure I'm 66 years old and my hands don't work as well as they used to thank you 1024

Will come here when ever I can. In and out no playing around with those ppl. Pull to the left hand side next to rail and check in. Get door on the spot pull forward to the first pic and turn around. It s a given to dock on driverside 53ft.

I recently purchased a T-50 classic stapler from Arrow. I ve always used this style stapler and it s never failed me. For some reason, the clips holding the hinge pins kept falling off. This was only about 1-2 weeks after purchase. I called the factory and was very happy with the customer service there. They took down my info and sent me replacement parts for free. My stapler is fixed and back working again thanks to the people at Arrow!

I purchased an Arrow electric nailer several years ago and when the trigger broke I sent it back to the factory for repair. I waited a week and called the factory to get a status on the repair. I was transferred to the tool department and spoke to Richard. He told me that he would send me a new nailer. I got the nailer a couple days later. They definitely stand behind their products.

I would spend the extra couple dollars and buy Stanley, Dewalt or craftsman. Poor products made in China for penny s on the dollar. They assemble some products in the U.S . but 80% of their product line comes from China , and a lot of the materials + components come from China as well. Don t be fooled by the packaging this is a Chinese ran company that s based here in the U.S .

The staple gun I bought works fine. The only complaint I have is that it is very hard to understand how to load the staples in it and the instructions were not helpful. It took me several minutes to get the staples loaded.

This company is very thankful that giving to me good opportunity !!!

It's a great time saver and works as advertised. My life is now lost without it.
