When applying for a position I received an interview quick as well as was placed on an assignment the following day after my interview. That s Good Hr is an amazing place to work for. The ladies in the office are amazing as well as very understanding.

I had a great experience, I was placed with a job within the field I currently had experience and later offered a permanent position.

I had a terrible experience with this company.Ashley, who interviewed me two weeks ago was very rude & made me feel as if I was lower than her. She even told me that my strengths were not a strength bc I wasn t with that company anymore...when I explained that they were indeed my strengths she said she didn t mean it like that and smirked.. I was called numerous times and even texted informing me on three jobs that they had for me but she never followed through with any..Leaving me just confused & mislead... I reached out to the company numerous times and haven t had any luck. I would not recommend!

The people there are very friendly and they seemed more than willing to help me find a job, however I haven't heard from them directly in over three months. Pretty much gave up on expecting a call from them.

Update (8 months later Feb 2020) - I have updated my review from 5 stars to 3. I wish TGHR was a little better at communicating with and advocating for their placements. I was/am not the only temp with them in my department and none of us heard from our recruiters. No feedback, no checking in, no encouragement, no advocacy. Once you place with them, they are pretty much done with you. The only people I talked to from TGHR was the payroll and admin assistant (who were great). Other temps on our team with other placement companies had/have someone in their corner, rooting for them, soliciting feedback from the employer. When other people have been hired on, their reps (all different companies) were genuinely excited, helped negotiate salary, followed up, brought treats and genuine congratulations, etc. Like career partners, not like you're a pair of shoes or a couch. When I questioned my recruiter why there was radio silence throughout my placement and not a word when I was made an offer, she ignored that, and said they send a congratulations card and I needed to be patient (I found out I would be offered a position a month ago - I assume they were told around that time as well). Not what I was asking, but it's also been over 2 weeks since my official start date and still no card - at this point I don't care about that because it's not genuine. I have been disappointed with their hands-off approach. I expected a smaller, local, woman-owned company would have a little more to offer their placements, but I have been impressed with recruiters from other national companies, and not so much with the locally owned company. If you just want to be placed and forgotten about, you might not mind. I did. The 5-6 other people on my team do/did. They always paid on time, so that's good. I was a great employee, and I made them look good - never missed work, called in sick, or was late. You would think they'd be trying harder to keep people like me coming through their doors for placement so they have quality candidates to offer their clients. As it is now, I would not really recommend any of my friends to them.

I ve been working with TGHR for 8-9months now, and they are amazing! It was super easy getting started, sent in the resume, scheduled a meeting with my rep, and took a typing test. They kept me in the loop and were able to place with a company within the first week with TGHR! We found a company that suited my needs and where I can advance and grow.

I have to admit, I was a little taken back by TGHR. From all the great reviews they have been getting, I was sure they were going to be able to assist me in finding employment. Boy was I shocked!

I spoke with a staffing specialist who then asked me to email my resume to see what positions would fit my background. I waited to 2 days to get a response back and when I did, she stated that my background did not match the jobs they had available. On top of that, it was through an email, no phone call. She could've at least called me to say that, as our previous conversation was on the phone. I thought that was rude!!

She said the timeframe for my past jobs were not long enough, and why I hadn't landed a fulltime permanent job. Huh?! I told her the job market is tight now and all that seems to call back are temp agencies, like yourself. So, I go with the agencies although my first choice is a permanent job.

So I guess temp agencies are turning people away for having too many temp jobs, even though they place people all day for these type of positions. Long story short, the weirdest conversation I ever had regarding employment!! Will not be recommending TGHR!!

Having spent more years in the workforce than I care to count, and having called upon a great many staffing agencies along the way in order to increase the scope of my job-searching, I can honestly say that until I had the good fortune of crossing paths with That's Good HR, I never encountered anyone who even came close to approaching the level of proficiency exhibited by these marvelous people. So many employment agencies had promised to work tirelessly in an effort to fulfill my desire for professional belonging, and then proceeded to make pathetically meager attempts to appease me by setting me up with interviews for subpar positions, or scheduling a single interview that didn't pan out and then just giving up, or in some cases never even communicating with me at all. Not That's Good HR. This ultra-fine team of solid professionals stood by me, showed they believed in me and cared about my future--and before long matched me with a position that has proven to be absolutely perfect. I thank my lucky stars every day that we found each other.

Graduating college is already a lot to handle, adding a global pandemic into the mix makes things even more complicated. After a few months of finding jobs that had criminally low pay and other seeming just a bit sketchy I found That's Good HR! Working with Madison to find a position that fits what I'm looking for in terms of pay, benefits, and growth opportunities was a great experience. I've already recommended the service to a some friends who are in the same situation trying to navigate the job search during this confusing time.

I wouldn't have a job during the COVID-19 Pandemic if if wasn't for That's Good HR (TGHR). Kate helped me get a temporary job (5-6 month assignment) and I'm learning a lot! I get to use my Bachelor's degree in HR and it's mainly because of the team at That's Good HR. I hope this temporary job opens up opportunities in the future. Thats Good HR was a joy to work with from the beginning and still currently. I came in initially after a brief phone screen and met with Lindsay. Lindsay and I had a pretty informal interview and she really dug deep to find out what career/placement might suit me best. From then, we priotized and applied for placements in order of preference. She was contacting me every step of the way, and never left me feeling like she wasn't working very hard for me. She was very "on the ball." I was placed in a temp-to-hire position within 2 weeks from my initial interview at TGHR. This is the cool part, I've been at my position for about 3 months and I really feel like this is the best position for me, and that we couldn't have found a better position--meaning it worked! Lindsay and I are both confident that the position will soon become permanent for me, and I have her to thank for that! Also, every time I came in to TGHR's office, it was always very warm and inviting, but also very professional. The people at this place are very friendly and always trying to lend a helping hand!

I have been applying to jobs, but have needed some guidance so I applied to a couple of different staffing agencies in. I was very interested in That's Good HR as I read a couple of great reviews. I applied and sent my resume and it's been over a week and I have yet to hear anything back from them. No email, no calls, won't return my phone calls. I have heard back from two other agencies so I am not sure what the delay is on their end. I definitely don't recommend reaching out to them! Sounds like they are too busy to handle anything coming in. Very disappointing.

Incredibly professional staff with extensive reach across Indianapolis businesses. I moved to Indy on short notice for my husband's job and didn't want to waste time finding work for myself. I have a 'colorful' resume, having explored several different career paths in my twenties. Other Indy staffing agencies saw this as a weakness and offered me ill-suited positions... entry level cubicle work in industries that were a very awkward fit. TGHR and my agent, Kate, were considerably distinct. She's a legitimate matchmaker friends, taking into consideration my personal likes as well as strengths she expertly percieved. Over a couple months time I was offered many interview opportunities - the job I finally took was outside of my comfort zone, but I trusted Kate and I have to say I enjoy it immensely. It's a small part of my life that is actually 'settled' despite the unopened moving boxes and half painted rooms in my new home. I have communicated with several of the staff throughout this process...Lindsey, Emma, Kirstia, and Stacy... all of whom are always prompt, always kind, and always personable. Not a cookie cutter' staffing agency, to say the least.

Update #2: After almost 2 years, I was able to find a position in my field with my desired pay, on my own. I was still never contacted by That's Good HR during that time. For reference, I have a Master's Degree in HR and was new to the field with no experience. If you are someone in the same situation, dont waste your time with this company.

Update: it has now been over a year and I have not had one single call from the company with a job offer or chance to interview.

I have "been" with the organization for over 4 months now and have not received a single call in regards to a possible position. I see job postings about jobs for the organization that I match the skill set for and find myself frustrated that I have not received any type of communication since my first initial visit.

This is actually not my first experience with the organization. The last time I began my job search I went to them, and received a call back after almost 3 months. I came back thinking it would be different, but is sadly is not. I hoped for better after seeing all the positive reviews but have not had the same experience as others have had.

I am constantly mentioning That's Good Hr to friends and family looking to change jobs. The assistance I received from the very first email to my full time job placement was amazing! I always felt that Amber C. was truly an advocate for finding the right position for me!

I had a great experience with That's Good HR. They were super friendly, they really listen to what you are looking for. They check in with you to make sure you are having a great experience, but never made me feel like I had to have constant contact with them. If you are looking for people that really care and want to put you with the right company for you...That's Good HR!

Tired to obtain a position for the last few months with this company. I interviewed, took the tests, and was told I would be called. Well here I am still jobless, eager to get back to work, and no one is willing to even talk to me about the open positions that are available. I didn t think it would be this complicated given my experience. This company have discouraged me to seek out any staffing company for help.
