I am very disappointed with arrow containers new management team, they are not concerned for the well being of their employees just how fast one can produce a box. This is unexsepable from a employee point of view, one must feel respected an appricated. I have been a team member for quite sometime an seen these management teams come an go, an then the c.e.o has to clean up behind them. This is not fair to the work force or to a company that has so much potential. If the owner is reading this, with all respect sir, this must change or you will continue to lose good honest people that truely has their hearts into your passion. CARL LAFOLLETTE.

If you have all the time in the world and don't need communication from Arrow's reps, this company will work out just fine for you. We placed an order on January 10th, and as of February 07th we can't get anyone to respond to us about production timing. Any correspondence about our order has be instigated by us with little follow up. We've used this company for years, but the most recent interaction has us searching for alternate options.

This place is racist they looked me right in my face and told me they needed workers after told me my resume was fit but after my interview emailed an said there was no job available
