The boss Dave and supvisers all but one. very un professional they treat u like children and animals at the same time because not knowing ur situation they dont care of u break ur back as long as the make there quota for that day which is not a problem neither the tuffness of the way they are but 2016 i got laid off and went back recent and one day of being alil tired from moving frm one house to another raiseing 3 kids on my own he decided to let me go even tho we made are quota for that day these people are unhappy miserable and have no sympathy for others very bad business and discriminate against people who are trying to change there life even sayi g good morning or any question u have for them they will ignore like ur not even there ......bad place to work or do business for

They treat the employees bad and when they bust the buts off and if the employees not feeling well they miss more then two days they term them

Array Technologies is NOT!! And I repeat is NOT a good place to work manegers and supervisors pick off of favoritism once I started working with them I was getting targeted everyday I went to work until they got the chance to fire me for a stupid reason which was going home because I was sick.
I highly recommend NOT!! Working for this company!!!!!!

They "let me go" just before the holidays. They didn't even give me a 5 days notice. I don't know who's to blame, the staffing agency, or the company.

Trucks enter counterclockwise. May help to shorten up ur tandems b4 u go round the building as piled up with product on both sides all the way round. Pleasant people in shipping.

I own one of their trackers. Despite multiple calls between my solar installers and the company's technical support, my tracker FREQUENTLY fails to actually track the sun. It's almost incredible at times how far off it is. Clear, sunny days and it still fails. I've about given up and may just lock it facing due South. Mechanically, the system is sound but completely fails in its primary purpose.

Concerning drivers:
Had a load to pick up from this company Friday late afternoon. Load was not ready. Overbooked multiple drivers/loads and same time. That was my weekend load. Was told to come back Monday morning. Showed up this morning and the order was not even started on yet. Told to come back after 12. Showed up at 12:30. Order was only half complete! Was now told that they would just call us when it was ready. It's now 8:15 pm and no call ever came through. I've already lost my weekend miles due to this poor effort of a company's shipping department. And now I've lost Monday miles as well. As a driver I've lost money for next week's paycheck!!! Which means I can't go home this weekend to be with my family and have to drive over the weekend and next week to make up for my loses. Worst display of treatment towards drivers with no regard to the fact that this is how we make our living. Have to go back in the morning for last try. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PICK UP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

At first they treat you well,, then Treat you like a slave... Unprofessional, and the boss has his click of employee favoritism.

I have a residential solar system off the grid in Cerrillos, NM. Array Technologies supplied the system (my contractor installed it). During the last few years there have been some little problems because the system is 10 years old. Array technologies has been able to help me through advice over the phone and e-mails. They came out once for a more difficult issue that was successfully repaired. They never charged me for technical advice and assistance. They are very helpful, in particular Mr. Cody Pierson, the technician in charge of residential systems. No complaints and no regrets. I would strongly recommend Array technologies.

I picked up a load there and the people I had to deal with were professional and kind. And they are fast too.

Just delivered here today for the first time.
For it being 06:00 on a Friday morning, everyone who I interacted with, from the lady who checked me in this morning, the guy in receiving, who physically unloaded my trailer, two of the other forklift operators on the yard, to the custodian who was sweeping up the yard, were extremely friendly and polite.
They have parking for a few trucks, in their driveway, which is a one way circular drive; you enter on the right side of the building, circle around to the back, dock to be unloaded/loaded, then exit to the left of the building.
Total time at their facility:
19:30 to 05:45 Did my 10, in their check-in lane - a good quite night's sleep, much better choice that the local TA...
06:00 Was checked in.
06:10 Docked - I was the first truck in.
06:45 29 pallets unloaded, BOL signed and in my hand.
06:55 Was parked back out on Midway, getting my paperwork done.
Overall, they are absolutely one of the better places I've delivered to.

John McKay is the best maintenance person working at Array! If he wasn't there the place would suffer a lot more down time! I'm impressed with his work ethic and I hope he moves up in the company! What a great guy and a great company!

This place is horrible to deliver to!! One way in. line of truck all the way to the street been here In line 5 hrs & just got to the dock they take about 1 hr to unload!!DONT ACCEPT ANY LOADS TO DELIVER HERE!!!you will regret it!

Really just an awful place to work at the ground level.
