Just delivered here today for the first time.
For it being 06:00 on a Friday morning, everyone who I interacted with, from the lady who checked me in this morning, the guy in receiving, who physically unloaded my trailer, two of the other forklift operators on the yard, to the custodian who was sweeping up the yard, were extremely friendly and polite.
They have parking for a few trucks, in their driveway, which is a one way circular drive; you enter on the right side of the building, circle around to the back, dock to be unloaded/loaded, then exit to the left of the building.
Total time at their facility:
19:30 to 05:45 Did my 10, in their check-in lane - a good quite night's sleep, much better choice that the local TA...
06:00 Was checked in.
06:10 Docked - I was the first truck in.
06:45 29 pallets unloaded, BOL signed and in my hand.
06:55 Was parked back out on Midway, getting my paperwork done.
Overall, they are absolutely one of the better places I've delivered to.
