I own one of their trackers. Despite multiple calls between my solar installers and the company's technical support, my tracker FREQUENTLY fails to actually track the sun. It's almost incredible at times how far off it is. Clear, sunny days and it still fails. I've about given up and may just lock it facing due South. Mechanically, the system is sound but completely fails in its primary purpose.
