I was very disappointed with the sushi rolls I ordered - tasted like supermarket sushi!

A 45 minute wait for 2 appetizers with a half full restaurant and a sharp "we'll have it out for you as soon as possible" from the waitress before I even got my question out as I approached the counter to ask how much longer it would be. Also, while the waitress had several of her own drinks while we waited, we only got refills when our appetizers finally arrived at the 45 min mark. This is a marked difference from our first time here a few months ago where the service was quick and friendly.

I came here before with a few friends and had a good time, so I thought stopping by after shopping at Kenwood would be alright...but that was last year and let me tell you things have changed.

We came in, sat down, ordered some food, and everything was so far pleasant. It wasn't until they got our order totally wrong (2 out of the 3 rolls were not what we ordered) where we started getting frustrated. Food took forever to come out the first time so having to wait even longer for them to correct our order was making us even more angry. When our food finally came out, we found two pieces of hair inside our roll. At this point we just wanted to get our check and get out of there, but we had to wait even longer for a manager to stop by. They took the sushi rolls off our bill, and we left.

What I'll say about this place: if you're looking for authentic sushi you won't find it here. The food is mediocre not to mention the terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere.

The sushi here is always amazing and the prices are great as well! I always love coming here with my friends for lunch

Last week was our first time we visited this place. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the excellent food and booze and with the decent charge. We will no doubt go back there soon.

Good sushi rolls at a great price absolutely will revisit to get my sushi fix.

The Sunday morning sushi was delicious. I also got the chicken fried rice. The chicken was a bit over cooked. It would be better if they used a different part of the chicken

1 star. Take out. Bc they forgot the Chinese sticks. How do I eat sushi with out them. ?? . Multiple return customer & every time the food was amazing though !!! The sushi rolls were exquisite ! & Bountiful ! will definitely return again , & recommend.

Bad experience at Aroma Sushi bar & Restaurant. Me and my friend came to Aroma sushi bar & restaurant by recommendations and with certain level of expectations. Unfortunately, we were...extremely disappointed from the poor and unprofessional service. I found a piece of sharp bone in my roll and my friend found a piece of tape in her roll.

Best sushi for the money in Cincinnati. I moved but still travel back to Aroma. The Cincinnati Special is one of our favorite rolls.

Basic sushi at a great price. Sushi is always half price. It's not the kind of sushi you get at the coast but good for Cincinnati at a price that cannot be beat. Full bar with a creative bartender adds to the fun. Had the salmon Roe and octopus nigiri today and it was great. Be careful of chewy seaweed wraps and stick to the mainstream fish... The less popular ones, for example sea bass, have a higher likelihood of going bad (husband's experience). It was taken off a check but still, yuck.

I paid my meal with a $100 bill and the manager looked at it and assumed it was fake. He didn't swipe it with a black market or anything he just assumed. Maybe it was a racist thing I'm not sure but he didn't want to except it. He didn't even touch it just looked at it. Then threaten to call the police . This place is truly messed up!

It has a nice dining and bar area I went for half price sushi night it was eeeehhh it tasted kinda burnt I had fried sushi, not what I was expecting for my 1st visit. But the raw sushi was great (California rolls.)

Worst sushi iv probably ever had. Really the grade is awful, rolls are small and service is terrible even at 5pm on a Sunday evening. Ifor it were possible for me to give 0 stars I would. I'm so disappointed... don't eat here if you like high quality sushi .

I went for lunch and sat outside. I got the volcano roll and also another specialty roll, they were both delicious and fresh. Also it was half price, can't beat that!

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are yummy and the team is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

sushi and the setting here is quality. Got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. I'll return friends next time. Prices that won't break you. This place has many reviews for a reason.

Thier sushi is some of the best I've found in a land locked state. I have only gotten take out in the last 9 months, but still have yet to have a bad experience.

This is my favorite sushi place that I've discovered in Cincy. The service is always professional and my order is always brought out in a timely manner. I order the Cincinnati Special roll and the sweet potato roll every time I go and it never disappoints. It's always fresh and tasty. I've brought several friends here and my sister and they all loved it! Last, but not least, you just can't beat half price sushi.

This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant.
