Great service! The rooms are cozy, big enough, and clean.

I wouldn t rate it at 5 stars

The hotel is okay, but their COVID protocol needs improvement. Many staff members did not wear a mask. When a house keeper saw me she quickly snapped her mask up to her chin. There are better places to stay in downtown.

Aro Palace is a nice and clean hotel, I recomend to stay at this hotel when you are in Bra ov.
The only downside is, the staff judges a person by it's cover, do not expect to be treated nicely if you are dressed for comfort.

I don't really understand all the other 5 star ratings. Realistically, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Customer's expectations for that are way higher. Breakfast was lacking, to put it in mild terms, while I stayed here. Also, if you want to make more money via the parking, at least include it in the room's price. Overall, this is a 3 star hotel experience, with 5 star pricing.

When you book at this hotel keep your eyes open! They have a policy where not all rooms have breakfast included and you will pay 74 lei/person+ 8 lei if you chooae to eat the bf in the room.
The parking with a tax also ... 72 lei/day!
The food at the restaurant is excelent!
Comparing with other hotels with 5* ... this hotel can have 3*+ or 4* ...

Horrible. There was a mistake in our reservation which was made online and we were charged for a night we didn t even stay. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front of hotel was extremely rude and not accommodating. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Much better hotels and service in the area

Good location, right in the old city 10/10.
Clean rooms 8/10.
The staff is helpful.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is kind of awful 3/10.
During the week you can order from 4 predefined types.... only one cup of coffee....
Also, the a la carte restaurant is kind of limited 5/10.
Parking can be found on site for 72 ron/24h. Public parking is available, at 3 ron/h (there is no 24h payment option).
