They do local volunteer work and give back to a new local charity every month! Every company needs to be more like Arnold. They truly care about doing good work and taking good care of their people.
Been working here for 18 months now and it's much better than past experiences with bigger companies. A very good team in the office that are quick to answer calls and many of them have experience driving as well. They've been bringing In newer trucks and trailers for the drivers. I've done a ton of deliveries for the same few locations and it's really nice knowing where you are going and how long you will be there instead of it always being a guessing game on each dispatch.
Arnold Transportation is truly a place I enjoy coming to each day. Here at Arnold everyone knows your name and you are made to feel apart of the team and not just a number. Not only is management supportive of your career, but they are invested in your personal growth as well.
Love working for Arnold. They really do care about the drivers. Maintenance department is awesome. Safety department is one of the best. Payroll is the best I have ever worked for. Dispatch is very helpful and knowledgeable about their job. All the upper management are ready to talk when you need to talk to them. This is just an all around awesome company to work for....

Great company to work for. Good people, good working environment. Company Execs keep the company headed in the right direction and the CEO shows his dedication and loyalty to the employees and company by continuing to invest financially in the company. Do your stave your drivers out? Give them good money. While they are out for a couple weeks. Then when it time to go home, they and up with a no money on the. Bank account and owning y'all money. I feel as if I will be fired from here. Because I cause trouble with management. It is August hot weather. My dog and I will be pit out of truck. And told go find my way home they best way I can.
Arnold will keep you busy. Their Payroll and Safety department s are top notch and they will get you home for home time. I have no complaints and I'm glad to be here. And the owner is a Christian and that means something to me.
