I have been living here for almost 9 years. My ceiling got collapsed 1 time and leaking so badly 3 times up to date. My kitchen floor was flooding but Arnel property management didnt do a roof repair or replacement. It happened 2 times on Thanksgiving in the last 2 years and it is happening now. All they did was just patched and painted the ceiling wall. I kept telling them it is the roof issue, they need to repair it but they didnt. Now it is leaking everywhere and I have to stay up all night to drain out the water. This is so dissapointed. Last Thanksgiving, they got notified but didnt take action until 2wks after and again just patching up the dry wall. They knew the real issue but didnt want to fix it. My mom is 70 years old. She tripped, fell and sprained her ankle last year because the floor was wet. We are too nice not to sue them.
Where do I begin? The places are rundown, the maintenance is awful oh, and the administrative offices are the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm lucky if someone there speaks English or even respond to a call. The worst Property Management I've ever encountered
Very bad management. Property's look nice outside, but they do not care about resident safety or satisfaction. I have been a resident at their property for 2 years total and only had renewed my lease because I had thought they were good. It was right after my first peaceful 1st year renting and just renewed my lease, that I sudden had my car broken into 2 times in the same month with no accommodations at all, not even temporary. The property manager Alyssa had not supported my households safety and even lost track of the police reports I gave her. On top of that they WILL mischarge your rent MULTIPLE times without taking responsibility, refunds were given, but it was the same mistake 3 times.
Avoid renting from this agency, they just bunch cheaters and unprofessional workers, they only worry about your money, and they will lie about everything just to get easy money, Avoid this real estate agency
