We arrived in the UK at a very tumultuous time in the world considering Covid and an upcoming lockdown. Prospects of finding a rental property were looking incredibly bleak. Enter Holly and her helpful, can-do attitude. She was amazing and very professional in every aspect. She managed to find a house within our budget (which in itself was no small miracle) and handled every aspect of negotiation with the owner on our behalf. Probably the best letting agency in East Sussex. After having some bad experiences with various agencies in London/Brighton I was relieved having to deal with the agency that works like every agency should work - customer service at its finest.
