We arrived in the UK at a very tumultuous time in the world considering Covid and an upcoming lockdown. Prospects of finding a rental property were looking incredibly bleak. Enter Holly and her helpful, can-do attitude. She was amazing and very professional in every aspect. She managed to find a house within our budget (which in itself was no small miracle) and handled every aspect of negotiation with the owner on our behalf. She too assisted with all the utilities changeover, taking care of any potential stressors before they arose. We cannot recommend Holly's services highly enough. Thank you Holly and Ark Residential!
