Lisa did an amazing job as usual! I am very pleased, I have been a client for the past 7 years, never thought to change! For the first time I had an unpleasant incident with one of the shampoo ladies yesterday , I think this lady needs to change job within the salon! Hard hands, hit my ear so badly , while washing my hair, that my earring flew away, an expensive piece of jewelry. She didn t offer any am sorry , wasn t very helpful to find the item in the sink, the stick of the earing was even curved after the hit! Other then this incident, that doesn t depict the overall venue and excellent service, I would recommend this salon to any of my friends, no doubts!!

I had a negative experience at this salon and the management bent over backwards to make it right with me and to improve their salon based on my feedback.

What a disappointing experience at Image Creators. I made an appointment for a Deva cut which is a trademark method of cutting curly hair. The hair is cut while curly hair is DRY because this is how you wear your hair daily. The purpose of a Deva Cut is to give curl shape and ability to fall more naturally. To cut hair using the Deva method, requires special training which is why these cuts are more expensive then regular cuts.
I have had my naturally curly hair cut this way for the past 20 years. I know exactly what a Deva haircut experience is like. Vivian, the hair stylist at Image Creators, claimed that she is trained in Deva cut. Upon sitting down in her chair, she proceeded to ask me if I liked my hair cut dry or wet and then proceeded to attempt to brush my hair out. When I told her that that is not the Deva way, she said she doesn't believe in cutting hair dry. Vivian was rude and defensive when I tried calmly and politely to explain what a Deva haircut is supposed to be like.
If you are trained in a Deva method, there are no options to cut wet or dry. It is ALWAYS cut dry. You NEVER comb or brush curly hair. This is what this method is. If Vivian does not believe in this method, then she should not advertise herself as Deva trained.
UPDATE: I was offered to have my hair cut with a different stylist, Cindy, and I couldn't be happier. She seemed to know what she was doing and offered helpful hints and tips to style and manage my hair. I am happy that Image Creators took my complaint seriously and helped remedy the situation. I will definitely be back with Cindy when I need my hair cut again. My experience with Cindy definitely deserved 5 stars.

I've been going to Jacelin at Image Creators for years! She is the best, and I get so many compliments on my hair. My husband goes there too, and my friends have transferred there as well. Reasonable prices for the quality of work. I highly recommend them. Owner is also very charitable to local organizations!

I have been going to Image Creators for several years. Bree always does a perfect job on my hair color and cut. I like to change up my color (lighter in the summer, darker in the winter) and Bree always gets it right. Image Creators is a professional salon with a welcoming staff.

I love Image Creators and the stylists I see regularly - Mary,
Cindy, and Vivian - but the last time I stopped in was for a very quick trim. I had a long trip coming up and knew that my hair would need it before the end of my trip. I didn't even have a shampoo or wet my hair and the slight trim took less than 10 minutes. Yet they charged me the full price for the haircut/shampoo. It really gave me pause about this salon, that I have gone to for years. I am not sure what I am going to do; this is not an appropriate way to treat a loyal and good tipping customer.

Image Creators has been my "go to" salon for several years now. Whether it be for a regular highlight and cut with Karen, for a gel manicure with Renee, for a makeup application for a special occasion with Harper or a very special hair/makeup appointment for my daughter, I always turn to Image Creators for the best quality and service. I can't think of ever going anywhere else.

It s a beautiful salon and the staff is nice, however I had acrylic nails put on, 2 days later they re chipping and lifting. I didn t even have them painted since I had to get to work...it was 73.00 for a full set and I still tipped 20 on top of that since the lady was nice. Way over priced for the quality. Won t be returning.

I've been going here forever! I see Vivian and I cannot say enough great things about her. Raina (sp??) is super friendly and does a fantastic job washing hair. She even got my shampoo-o-phobic son to get his hair washed! Devin does my son's hair, and he thinks "Mr. Devin is pretty cool!". I would say that the salon could use a little decor refreshing.

Haircut increase to $50 is way too expensive.....will reconsider where I get my hair cut

I had really high hopes about getting my hair cut here, because the reviews were good but I am not pleased with my hair cut. I got a deva cut and it does not look good it is way shorter than I wanted. The customer service was awesome and the stylist was really nice, I am just not pleased with the cut at all. I had hoped it would look better once I styled it the way I normally wear it, but I'm thankful my hair grows out pretty quick.

I love Image Creators. The front staff are always friendly and professional and Stacey does a meticulous job at cutting my hair.

My stylist, Jen Pennington has worked her magic again. She suggested a new style for me. I trust her 100 percent. I love my hair! I only wish I could get her to come to my house and style it for me on a regular basis.

My hair stylist is Becky and she is great. Every time i call there, the people there are professional and courteous. They are very helpful and I feel like they actually care. I did get my eyebrows done a while ago, and I didn't really like that experience, but everything else has been great!

I have been going to Image Creators since Sylvia opened the salon and have watched it grow. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Scott does a fantastic job as well as Mandy and LP.

I love the nail salon section; the staff is friendly, yet very professional. The room is spotless. They have lots of colors to choose from, including most of the newest OPI releases available for purchase.

I love my stylist, Diana. I get so many compliments after every cut, and the color is perfect every time. We have great conversations while I m there, and I feel like she knows what cuts and styles will flatter me, while keeping my personal preferences in mind. The salon is very clean and orderly, and the front desk staff have always been pleasant. I ve never gone for special occasion or mother/daughter pampering, but I imagine the salon would be perfect for that as well.

I've been a weekly customer for over 14 years. All staff I've been to are very competent and several I consider friends. Obviously I have been highly satisfied or I wouldn't have continued my association with this salon. I highly recommend this salon for any service offered.

Massage w/fire cupping w/Desi. Deep sports massage, almost myofascial in intensity. Definitely try it. Don't be reluctant because there's fire involved - the interior of the small glass cup is heated to create suction on the skin, drawing the blood to the surface. It aids with loosening the muscle and with healing. Also got my haircut with Jackee who knows my hair like the back of her hand- a pair of scissors in her hand IS like a wand.

Very nice salon with all the services you can think of. Especially like their facials and massages.

Josie did an amazing job with my color! I was really surprised to hear that she was new talent. She was pleasant to talk to and was able to match the exact color I wanted with my very limited ability to describe it. Looking forward to working with her again!

Kara was wonderful as usual. My daughter and I love going to Kara and Image Creators! She is always friendly and on time. Kara is a talented colorist and stylist. We receive many positive comments on our hair. The front desk is very helpful, courteous, as well as organized. Appointments are easy to make. We'll return for future hair appointments.

Everyone is more than kind, the pricing is reasonable for the type of service. The building is clean and aesthetically pleasing, music choice is at a good low level and not irritating, the women at the front are welcoming.

They have the most amazing staff! It feels like family.

Bree did a wonderful job on my highlights and roots. I asked for beach waves in my hair and she did a great job on that too! I love coming to her because I always know my hair will look great when I leave. I would highly recommend Bree......she is sweet and kind and a pleasure to talk to.

Decided I needed a haircut and of course wanted it done ASAP.... called Image and they got me in within an hour. My appt was with Sierra. I have never been to Image so I wasn t sure what to expect. The place was very nice and everybody was super friendly. Sierra was great! Love my haircut and I will definitely be back!!

Jennifer has given me a very blended balayage that brightens up my dark hair perfectly and the skill set she possess for cutting hair is the best I ve ever experienced! Dianna worked her magic and I have fabulous new highlights and lowlights as well as a great haircut.

They took my hair from brassy to ashy in a short amount of time! Great atmosphere! Serves you drinks while you relax and get a color. They did an outstanding job on my hair. Color Products: Redkin. The camo coat is my before, the plaid is after!!! Ahhh!

What can I say? From immediate greeting by front desk to Scott TLC, it s akways a wonderful experience, and well worth the hour drive.

I have been going to Image Creators since the shop open. Lisa Porter is my aesthetician since 2004. She is excellent !! I have her do my waxing, facials and body massages. Highly recommend !! I have also used other services offered at Image Creators. My daughter, mother in law and friends that we have recommended have been going for years too. Graduations with hair up do's, hair extensions, wedding party spas, makeovers and so on. It's a very professional nice clean shop !!

As Always, my experience was great. I met Mandy for the first time to have my eyebrows tinted. Wow....she was incredible. I had some stubborn gray white hairs which didn't want to absorb the color. Mandy took care of them individually, in order not to have me looking like Mario Bros with super black eyebrows!! It worked beautifully. Mandy is a definite people pleaser. She clearly wanted me happy with the results. She is friendly and quite knowledgeable. Highly recommend Image Creators but Super Highly recommend Mandy. I'm making an appointment with her for a facial.:) Can't wait!!

Mercedes is a wonderful nail tech! My nails are perfect. She paid great attention to the details!

I had the most wonderful facial by Rose. I have never had one for fear of breaking out. My skin is now so soft and I had no problems with the products. Rose put me at ease and made this a fantastic experience! Why did I wait so long?!? Highly recommend this!

Today dianna colored my hair and she got it spot on! I had some serious regrowth and blonde in my hair. I was looking to get a root smudge and balayage and she did exactly what I asked for! I'm so excited to have fresh great looking hair for fall. Dianna fixed a cut I got somewhere else and now my color and style look amazing. I highly recommend dianna!
Also the salon is clean, inviting and all the stylist working around us seemed to be high level professionals. Would highly recommend this place!

I always see Jae and she has never failed to give me a stunning hair cut. I have long, thick, and wavy/curly hair and I appreciate someone who takes the time to style it properly. Professional, kind, and wonderful service from the my stylist and front of house. Recently I used their spa services for an eyebrow wax and the esthetician was kind, gentle, and gave a great shape to my eyebrows.

Stylist was new to me but she listened to what I was looking for and got the color and cut just right!! Friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

Image Creators is a great place. From the moment you walk in the door the young ladies behind the desk are very courteous respectful and friendly. My hair stylist was Michelle Adams. She is an amazing hair stylist!

I go to Image Creators, on average, every two to three months for a manicure. Sometimes regular polish, sometimes gel. Overall, I find my experience to be pleasant. I generally see Kate or Mandy, both of whom I find to be professional, experienced and fun to chat with. The prices are, for the most part, in line with other salons in the area.

I only have a few complaints, thus the 4 instead of 5 star review. One, I almost always have to wait 10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. The second complaint is that I almost always have to wait to check out, and the front staff are lukewarm in personality. Never rude, but never particularly friendly. My only other complaint is that the parking lot is often extremely busy; not sure that can be blamed on the salon itself but it is something that effects my experience.

I would still highly recommend Image Creators for your nails, they always do a nice job and it is worth the price, even with my minor complaints. Mandy and Kate are great!

Had a full body massage with LP and she was awesome!

My experience at this salon and spa was not impressive and good at all i couldn't believe how there was no costumer service at all. There were workers talking and ignoring my and my friends, i really wanted some type of hair do for prom but they dissapointed me when i asked the lady that was supposed to do my hair if she could make me the pancake braids. Her answer totally shocked me because she said she didn't know how to braids. It is Horrible to hear such an answer like that from a "hairstylist". That has never happened to me in my life, that person does not deserve to be working there then if she does not know. when she started working her way through my hair i felt like if my grandmother was doing my hair. No experience at all!!! I was really expecting for an impressive hair due but the proce for the hair do she made was not worth it and i was unpleased with it, i could of done that if i wanted to go with a hair do that bad. With these kind of staff and treatment they deserve for costumers to NEVER COME BACK!!!

This is the very best salon around! Rarely do you find a salon where all the stylist get along well and the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. Everyone leaves there feeling and looking better than when they walked in!

Jae is absolutely fabulous! I haven't had my hair professionally colored in over two years and she did a fantastic job, it came out exactly how I described. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to chat with. 10/10!
