As I pulled into the lot and was getting the computer out of my vehicle there was a guy in a Guru truck had gotton out and was holding the door for me. He had picked up the cord I dropped before I could set the computer down and go back to get the cord that dropped. The young man inside at the counter was also so polite and helpful. He even took the time to guide me to help find a monitor with an hdmi connector. I am so very impressed with the service here. Absolutely THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and they have become my go to computer repair from now on. Thank you guys sooooo much for your kindness.

Very friendly, they kept me up to date throughout the repair and the price was lower than I anticipated.

This is an update to my first review. At first I was unhappy because supposedly they had updated my computer with the latest updates to handle the issues my laptop was having, but when I got it home it said it needed to restart for an update. But when I pressed to restart it blue screened for hours. I finally had to do a hard shutdown. But when it came back up it was working fine. I reinstalled my malwarebytes and that works fine as well. I have to say I was pleased with their concern and their desire to get the whole situation right. The customer service is good. And now my computer's working fine So apparently their work (although incomplete at the time) was fine. Once I was able to restart the computer it worked fine and the original problems seem to be handled.

Could not figure out how to get music into a new Android platform music player with my MacBook. Chris was excellent, knowledgeable about computers and electronics, Android and Apple, and solved the problem. He is easy to talk to and explains things very well to a non tech (78 y/o) guy like me. He was unfamiliar with my new device but quickly figured it out. He should have charged me more than he would accept for the work. This was all around a great find for me.

Awesome! That is the word I would to describe Computer Guru. Chris, Mike, and Winter are fantastic, and I can't forget security guy Rex -fabulous! I have been taking my work computers to Howard for years now. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and gets the job done! The customer service they all provide is outstanding, and I love how they work with me to help me understand what is going on in terms I can understand. Their service over the years has won me over and I have switch all my computer servicing over to them. My parents will begin using them as well. I highly recommend the Computer Guru's to anyone!

These guys have always been there to help when all else fails. They'll drop everything they're doing to help you if it seems like an easy fix for them.
Just recently, Chris helped me get my laptop running like new again after it had been overrun with malware. It took him less than an hour and he took my finances into consideration as well. These guys deserve nothing less than 5 stars for that alone!

I have used this company for at least ten years, after being highly recommended by technical support at the organization where I used to work. I have l always been extremely pleased with quality of service and continue to recommend to my friends.

Pc returned with screws missing and screen detached ,my computer was not put back together and all screws were missing,my machine was working fine with a single broken clamp on one side,now its just completely falling apart.Wont get my buisness again.Return stuff the way you get it or better.
