This is an update to my first review. At first I was unhappy because supposedly they had updated my computer with the latest updates to handle the issues my laptop was having, but when I got it home it said it needed to restart for an update. But when I pressed to restart it blue screened for hours. I finally had to do a hard shutdown. But when it came back up it was working fine. I reinstalled my malwarebytes and that works fine as well. I have to say I was pleased with their concern and their desire to get the whole situation right. The customer service is good. And now my computer's working fine So apparently their work (although incomplete at the time) was fine. Once I was able to restart the computer it worked fine and the original problems seem to be handled.
