If you arrive in the evening, make sure a bellman takes you to your room. The property is huge and the signs for the various buildings are not lit and it is very difficult finding the building where your room is. They are in the process of a remodel and my room had not yet been updated and it was very tired looking. My first morning the workman started with drills at 5:15 am.The pools are great and the food is excellent. Not Waldorf quality.

This hotel is impeccable. The staff are friendly and courteous. The food in all the restaurants is awesome. The room we stayed in was large and fabulous. Played golf on the property and the course was in great shape. The Spa was awesome as well and an experience to remember for a long time. This hotel is a premier property.

Perfect stay from start to finish. Great staff, beautiful resort that has been updated and remodeled to perfection. Pools are amazing, the food is great at every spot, from the small cafe to Renata's Hearth. Staff is top notch and working hard every minute. Gym was clean and well-appointed. Even with high summer temperatures the hotel made sure that guests comfort was in the forefront, plenty of places to stay cool and cared for! This hotel is a landmark, the architecture is not to be missed,. they have maintained the flavor of the original hotel/resort without sacrificing any of the comforts that guests crave today!

A wonderful experience. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The food choices are plentiful. I did not like that there was a large (more than 200 people) conference and no one was wearing masks.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and who are trained to help with any need. The Paradise Wing balconies are not private so not worth the upgrade. It would be nice if they at least offered a privacy screen between rooms. We loved the adult pool and service during the day however in the evenings, We did find it hard to find a quiet place outside without speakers.

We attended a business conference at this resort. The people make a difference and the employees of the Arizona Biltmore made you feel special, met your every need, and did so expeditiously. I would recommend this resort for anyone desiring to visit the Phoenix area. The rooms were spacious and clean. No COVID issues here!

Where do I begin!? This resort gives you the feeling you're on vacation. Absolutely stunning in every aspect. You're greeted with friendly employees, the smell of something elegant and sensual the second the doors open. Move along to the reception area and yet greeted again with amazing, professional, helpful and kind staff.

I took a day pass at the Paradise Pool and it's exactly that--Paradise. The water slides were fun as well!!

Food is delicious. I opted for the Grilled Fish Sandwich and it was seasoned with flavor in every bite.

Love this place. Will be coming back

Poor service.

Poor service.
Given the wrong room at check in, with no remedy provided.
No bottled water provided in rooms despite it being listed as offered as Gold level member services.
Over-charged for room service items with no remedy given.
Room service items not delivered as ordered.
It's a hassle and incumbent on you to personally arrange housekeeping services for your room, with no service being provided at all, all day, any of the 4 days we stayed, unless we specifically called to request it, at which time they would send someone to quickly make the bed, but wouldn't even empty room trash cans or take away room service items left behind.
Food and beverage credits never show up on your account, so you are overcharged at check-out as well.
The architecture at this hotel is fabulous, make a trip to see it, just don't stay here as the service is not even up to minimum level Hilton standards, much less "Waldorf Astoria" levels.

Arizona Biltmore (owned by Waldorf Astoria/Hilton)...

Arizona Biltmore (owned by Waldorf Astoria/Hilton) at Phoenix. Nestled on 39 acres since 1929, it boasts 8 swimming pools and 2 golf courses with on-site spa facilities. Lots of restaurants and bars with plenty of mixologists on bridge. Some of the amenities include: cycling/jogging trails, fitness facilities and conjoined rooms as well as balconies next to an array of floor plans and villas. Beautifully renovated resort with a keen sense of design unlike any other - castle like outdoor coupled with family fun and relaxation. It is an ideal place for business meetings, moments of celebration and/ or a weekend with your friends.
