Doha insurance Motor Claim Department is providing very worst services, they don't take responsibilities and there communication is very poor. for accident repair i went 45 days before, they send my bike to Bike Life Garage. 2 days before only i got my bike after 45 days. the garage guys are taking money from me and they didn't repair the bike properly so many faults are there, so i asked the insurance to repair my bike with any other garage. they refused and for my money they told me they will not responsible. they don't care about customers.
The reception is respected, but the finance department treated them badly

And there is no reason for them, if anyone fixes his car by road .. in cars that depend on it
Dear sir recently i met an accident and due to the accident my break pad also having problem but as per Garage doha insurance will not cover bread pad how can you help me to solve this issue how to check claim list and why not cover break pad hence this was happen due to accident.
Customer service is terrible. You almost have to beg them to do their job

Bitter Experience!! My car which is in fully covered insurance (2015 Yr) got a minor accident and submitted Police report on 7th Aug. The service Center was suggested by DIG itself and on the same day car moved to garage. Today, 3rd Sep it is still in garage. No idea when it will get done. I do follow up every day and not getting fair response. Disappointed!
Last two years we are taking insurance from here for our Limousine company only because of their customer service. No complaints at all. All the best wishes...

Starting giving 10% discount and collect all hidden charges without informing to customers.
My opinion don't choose this insurance .
