Never sent us a confirmation ticket through email, they don t care and no refund our money for Universal Studio. Very hard to get in touch with them, no help, such a scammer site, we lost our money for not getting anything. The worst service ever. Sorry to be rude, but we are f***ing mad to lost our money.

Booked tickets to Sea World San Diego through them and payed with my German credit card. One day went by without getting the tickets. After me calling in to confirm the tickets, I was told that it looks like fraud and they would cancel my order.
No personal help or even option. No supervisor, just a very rude customer service rep.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought tickets through them and while everyone else around is giving extensions due to Covid-19, they are saying sorry out of luck. I'm just asking for a few months of extension since everything has been closed due the virus. I will never buy tickets through them ever again, and will tell everyone to avoid them as well.

ARES sold Universal Studios tickets for just $5 ch...

ARES sold Universal Studios tickets for just $5 cheaper than Universal Studios itself, but by buying from ARES you enter the park an hour later than those who bought them from Universal. It's totally not worth a savings of $5. ARES would not refund me the money so I could buy tickets from Universal and take advantage of the early admission.

The tickets delivered to my email had an "error" message and were not valid. While they acknowledged the error, the process to obtain a refund was ridiculous. It took over three different calls to get the refund processed. Not worth the hassle for the minimal savings.

This is one of the least professional companies I have ever had to deal with ! I made an online reservation on an Amusement park site for our family for a quick weekend trip. I received my confirmation email almost immediately and it appeared all was well. I received an email a couple of hours later stating that I needed to call to confirm my reservation. I called the 800 number provided more than 7 times over the next 2 days , each time I left a clear voice message stating my full name, why I was calling and my contact number as well as an alternate number each time I called, I never received a return call. I called the hotel where my reservation was supposed to be, but they did not have any record of my name or confirmation number per the staff at the hotel the had no record , I called the amusement part it's it's and was given 2 additional numbers to try after leaving 2 additional messages I finally contacted a person, who was absolutely no help what so ever !! At this point I have purchased tickets and made and additional reservation for my family , I was told I could not cancel or change my reservation, despite all of the issues, I was told there was no manager available , there was no supervisor available, and the girl I spoke with, Michelle, could not take my number because neither her manager nor supervisor do call backs that I will have to call back another day to speak with someone. This has been a horrible experience! This company already charged my account nearly $300.00 . I had to purchase new tickets and make a new hotel reservation and still this company will not even communicate with me let alone do any type of refund !!!!

Purchased ticket to Universal and IMMEDIATELY wished I hadn't. Email came with "tickets" to be printed quickly enough.... only no, printing was blocked, and I had to call in to be mined for information. I'm sure I'll be cancelling this card soon. Wish I had googled sooner.
