I like the location of this tower. It can be accessed by Metro (very near to Nakeel metro station), sheik zayed road (exit interchange 32) and also from Al khail road.

An office building from the famous Arenco developers. Parking is a bit if an issue, public parking I mean. If your lucky you'll get a spot otherwise best of luck!

This tower has one of the best views of the city. Parking is a slight issue as there isn't enough available. Slightly complicated elevator access. Have to wait for it for a few minutes though.

Weird part about this tower is that you have to switch between elevators from parking to actual office floors.

There is no public prayer room

The behaviour of security is very bad pls teach them specially on ground floor and podi6also

With great views of the Palm and Emirates Golf Club, Arenco Tower is an excellent business building in Dubai Media City. Parking here can be problematic so take a cab if you must.

The AAM Tower (also: Arenco Tower) is a 46-floor tower for large corporate offices in Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a structural height of 244 metres (801 ft). Parking for visitors is an issue due to location. Most of officers are enjoying good view of Sheik Zayed Road, Golf Course, Marina and Palm Jumirah.
To get to offices floors is a little bit challenging and need to change elevator! From ground floor till nine are parking so you need to use first elevator to reach to level O ( one level above parking area) then change elevator to desire floor through 2 group of 4 elevators!

Houses many IT companies including Accenture and Kaspersky. Great secure offices with 9 levels of parking.

Great location directly off sheikh Zayed road, great view from media city/sea side.

Great place to work ! Good location 5 mins from Nakheel ! Two good cafes are there on the ground floor and all offices

Good and busy office tower. Gives you nice view of Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm, Shaikh Zayed Road. Don't forget to stop by the podium for open terrace experience.

I work for Fjord / Accenture, on the 16th floor. The location is beautiful and the view is charming. Parking is always available thanks to the allocation of nine floors. Visitors to the tower must pay attention that to reach their destination they will need the independence of two elevators, an elevator from the ground floor or the floor on which they park the car to reach the zero floor, which is the floor where the reception desk and elevators leading to the rest of the floors and offices. This system may be a bit confusing, but it works efficiently and quickly and there is not always crowds.
I work for Fjord / Accenture on the 16th floor. The view is absolutely stunning and parking spaces are always available thanks to the smart management that dedicated 9 floors for parking.
The elevators might be confusing a little bit, since you have to take two elevators to reach your destination. One form the ground floor or the floor where you parked your car to the zero floor, where the reception and other elevators. Then, you would find two sets of elevators, one set goes to the 16th floor and the other set goes higher. The system is absolutely fast and efficient and never allows congestion.

Commercial tower with many offices, parking is an issue.

Great building, and good maintenance management, but usually crowded in lifts.
Arenco is 35 floor building with 9 floor parking. To access 1-16 floors are different lift and rest 16-35 floors are different set of lifts.

A landmark commercial tower in Dubai Media City, easily accessible by Dubai Metro Red line

Ideally located at Dubai internet city this building is an ideal place for companies who wants to explore dubai , very good building with plenty of parking , walkable distance from metro station

Getting a parking slot is the main problem. There are lot of parking slots available bit they might not be free

The security is very rude on ground floor and very bad manners very uneducated... Worst experience

a high rise tower with one of the best views around. clean and great for business. parking can be a drag

I liked this place. Should have a canteen where buffet meals can be served. There's one coffee shop nearby but limited choice of food and drinks. Also it's very expensive.

A business tower what else would be fascinating about it

Not great in terms of car parking, unfriendly guards at parking entrance

Too difficult to reach there. So many confusing roads, even the help of GPS is not helpful. Parking is always a big challenge for visitors. It's a beautiful commercial building on Shekh Zayed Road. It houses several big companies.

Nice Business Tower , the elevators are a bit confusing but the security guards are there to help !

Tower and offices companies wonderful business and a beautiful location

Office tower at media city, extreme parking issue outside the building, you need to be be there atleast 20 mins before in order to get the parking

Just pay salaries first to yur employees heart of Europe and then make some advertising as much as u can
