Quite impressive to observe Ancient Roman History, as the Verona Arena is actually a Roman amphitheater that was built by the Ancients in the 1st Century AD. Outstanding that it is still in operation today, for opera, rock bands, plays and many other interesting public events. This is in much better shape than the Roman Coliseum, it subject to neglect and vandals over the centuries. Some of us will be fortunate enough to be here for the closing ceremony for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Hope to see you there.

Went there a few years ago for a concert. It was fantastic with loads of lovely friendly restaurants and bars around the area open all night I believe. Great experience. Would love to go again.
The arena was astonishing. It helps you travel back time. A beautiful and friendly city. Lots of walk so you would need a good shoes.
I was expecting more of it. Price to entrance was 1 per person. Sounding of restaurant and nice stores. Always good gelato.
Very well preserved roman amphitheatre. Still open for performances. Sufficient information in signs around the arena but a guided tour will give a better insight on the history of that place.
Went to this arena a few years ago whilst working in the area. It is a major tourist attraction in the city and, considering that, it is well controlled to avoid overcrowding. It is well persevered and you are free to explore almost everywhere inside .. so interesting and a great view into the history of Verona. Didn t see any operas or concerts but I could imagine the atmosphere when they are on is fantastic.
An ancient Arena, good to the view inside and outside the place. Due to covid regulations you must buy the ticket online 1 day before on weekends and holidays
0ne of the must visit place in Verona. A wonderful work and historical building from the past
Fair Verona is beautiful. Amazing pastel colored buildings and the arena is fab. Loads of high end brand shops and good restaurants. Great history.
10 euros per person to go inside. Very beautiful and a nice view from the top row. If you are not good with heights then you might find climbing to the top row a bit difficult. No information or anything about the history of the place or any kind of exhibition area to learn about that. All the operas are postponed because of covid19 but just visiting was definitely worth doing.
