Worked here for a year. Staff is nice. Work around issues that arise -injuries, family emergencies etc understanding in that regard, but right upon hire i noticed extremely disorganized. I would be asked for paperwork from one person, email proof then another part of the organization would ask me for the same paperwork. It's like they never communicated. Great place for a new grad to get their feet wet and learn a little bit. As the year progressed, communication issues became more prominent. Often promised to call back, schedule N-95 fits etc when i promised to take shifts and never returned back to me. Upon expression of my unhappiness, i was told "it's COVID, we're busy". At the end of the day you are an organization, there are responsibilities. That includes making a list and getting back to the people that you said you would and remaining organized. It would be a constant goose chase on my end. Glad i left this place. Heart in the right place, care about their pt's. But need to do better. Families would often tell me how unorganized they are. Pay is also poor. On indeed it says avg pay is $33. Far from it

This is a great company to work for. Very flexible. Accommodating to nurses as well as clients. Communication with scheduling is very easy and clear. Supervisors are available as much as you need them. Despite being out in the field, you never feel alone. Solid company that provides quality care.

The nurse director is racist , this place is unethical for all children due to poor quality of care, they deserve the lawsuits that are coming
