On my camp fire survivor my attorney he uses Archer system and they have consistently color checks for longer than they needed to be held like months longer. They don't give me any straight answers. They don't care about the attorneys that hired them, clients. I just want to hold your money for as long as they can they don't help with your liens in fact they make your leans worse if your attorney decides to use this company I would strongly refuse there's several complaints about them.

Archer Systems is a pleasure to work with for settlement administration for mass tort litigation. I appreciate their open communication, quick response time, and clear expectations and guidelines. Employees are very professional and offer assistance as needed during each step of the process.

this company drags their feet and will hold you settlement money for over a year. I have told them several times that I went to the hospital one time for injuries that I need a dentist not a doctor. I have been 3 years without my crowns in my mouth and they have got my funds for the dentist but will not release them to me. I could have had my dental work done for a year now but I have to wait on Archer to look Once a month tn there computor for any liens I might have against me. what they are doing is a crime.

This is a VERY bad company to have to deal with. Court appointed to my law firm. In my opinion they have no business being in business. I would LOVE to complain to the courts or whoever I needed to complain to. They take the money that has been settled on and then do NOT take care of what needs to be done. I had to go on Medicare site and pay off remainder of monies owed myself! And now all is paid off and I'm still waiting on money that they have already received on my behalf. How are they getting away with this?

Poor customer service and communication. It took over twenty-five minutes for me to find out I would need to call back again about my claim, which was received by this company 21 days earlier. Apparently this company's internal business processes are antiquated and need to be updated. Pain and suffering that's the only service this company provides.

Promises made by employees AND MANAGERS but are constantly broken! My final check was supposed to have been issued 4 months ago and still nothing! Have been speaking with Ms. Lopez but she has nit returned any of my phone calls for almost 2 weeks now! This is the absolute worst company ever! Hope no one ever has too deal with this company........EVER!
