They've had my money for months. When you ask why...

Please let me know if you find resaliution. I don't know where to turn, I'm on hospice and I'd really need to get my settlement to disburse to my family.

I was looking at my e-mails yesterday, and no matter how Archer and Attorney try to lie out of it, they keep giving me dates, then when close to the date, it gets extended. I'm going on 4 years. Archer told me they found a 3rd party lien from some company I've never heard of for 4000 dollars, supposedly from Medicaid, but had told me a few minutes earlier that they'd found no liens from Medicaid. Liars. Then said they only needed a copy of my SS card to give to Medicare to finish my case. I've never had Medicare, and they said it doesn't matter, they have to give Medicare to get money if they want it. Now, instead of this month for me to get settlement check, my good for nothing attorney said I have to wait until Spring so that Archer can continue to search. Both are being fired as of tomorrow. I'm also filing complaints against both. I told Archer what Medicaids rules were for the State of Illinois, and she got smart about it. Let them eat cake, I say!! Did they truly forget that I'm a Paralegal, and I'm not being walked on?
