A customer service nightmare that will only end when I cancel my service, I guess. An entire season of chasing down service techs to find out when service would be delivered, securing dogs indoors so applications could be completed when promised only to have the tech be a no-show, and finally today the tech showing up with no invoice, no gate code and not texting ahead of the visit when requested in a phone call that took place just hours earlier. Who are these other lucky customers that get service worthy of 5-star reviews?
