Arabesque Ballet Center Review

Really enjoyed the final performance at the Abu Dhabi Theatre close to Marina mall. Bravo! Excellent performance from children of all ages, especially the seniors! Good effort by teachers, encouraging little ones to dance. The venue in Abu Dhabi is large and well equipped. They have a dance room, coffee shop and a neat waiting area with interesting books to read. Ample parking spaces available. There is a park with sport facities close-by, which you can visit during classes instead of waiting at the centre, or even after classes with your family.

I wish that one day I will be there to just dance like others

Highly recommended dance studio and one of the only studios that offer all types of dance and also a massive facility with professional dance training and worldwide dance competitions.

The person who handles the phone is very rude and unwelcoming, I had bad experience in communicating with them. They never answer messages, emails, nor calls after more than two weeks of failed trials I wrote in their instgram account what I went through, never used any bad terms only explained what I went through and they deleted my messages and blocked my account. Been with dance schools since 2010 and have never experienced this type of service and attitude. The deleted messages and blocking my account proofs how badly they handled everything and how wrong and low leveled their way of communication was. Otherwise if they were confident that their staff had acted in a professional and welcoming way. They wouldn't do so. Abu Dhabi community is a very small community and most moms of the Khubairat British School and American Community School know each other and bad things can never be hidden by deleting and blocking, this is a very childish attitude.
I would never write and waste my time if I wasn't treated terribly bad. I have all the whatsapp and instgram messages captured as a proof as well as a recording of the phone conversation when the lady from the Phillippines hangs up before letting me talk.
Very unprofessional way of running their communications. Very disappointing.
