Worst experience ever. I get a call and get a list...

Worst experience ever. I get a call and get a list of information I need to get from my workers comp claim. 10 minutes later I call back with the information and get the phone hung up on me. I call back to speak to the supervisor and he tell me that they don't request information they just want the bill paid. So I explained to him that one of his employees hung up on me and that the information they requested I had ready to give them. He told me bluntly that he doesn't care about my information he just wants me to pay the bills and he refused to listen to the conversation from his prior employee that had called me asking me to get the information. Very unprofessional stay away from them. If possible just deal with the company that sent the information to them in this case ST. LUKES Anderson in bethlehem.

This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau! They are fraudulent. I paid my bill to my eye doctor who is the one who messed up my. I'll to begin with over 4 years ago!! My eye doctor has informed this company that the bill was paid and they refuse to take it off of my credit! I even called them with my eye doctor on the line and they refused to speak with my eye doctor while I was on the phone!!!

Terrible company. Horrible customer service. A bunch of scums & rude people. Unprofessional staff with poor to no knowledge about what they're there for. Sent me a collection letter that I was not aware of. Won't give me the billing company's information. I paid the amount to keep my credit clean & they still put it on my credit. My perfect credit is now messed up because of those stupid jerks. I was told the collection history will be removed within 30 days. Called them well after a month & they said it will take like 3 months for the information to be removed. Extremely upset for the whole thing, they should be prosecuted & banned.

12/28/17 I called the Berks credit collection to advised the account in question was paid over a year ago. The person I was speaking to disagreed with me. When I tried to explain further - she hung up on me. I am shocked that a company representative would do that. I had proof of payment - but she would not listen. The coversation lasted less than two minutes. VERY RUDE!! I m sure they will not be in business long.
