I would highly recommend to anyone recovering from a hip replacement to go to Aqua Physio, to use their in house Physios and then to use the self help sessions. It is amazing how much better you feel after a session in the lovely hot pool and how much quicker the recovery is.The staff are always helpful and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble.i just wish they would open more of them! Try it .

I first started using Aquaphysio following hip surgery over two years ago. The staff were very professional and compiled a workout in the pool to help me regain the strength in the hip and leg. I quickly noticed the difference and my surgeon was amazed at the speed of recovery. Although I have fully recovered from the surgery, I still use Aquaphysio for a cardio workout putting myself through 30 mins of aqua running once a week. It definitely helps the fitness! Thanks to John, Wendy and all the team at Aquaphysio!

I started using Aquaphysio earlier this year after a spinal cord injury left me paralysed and I had to learn to walk again. Wendy and the team were amazing and looked after me extremely well. I am looking forward to working with them again very soon.

Good Afternoon just to say how good Aqua Physio has been for me. After having both Hips Replaced and a Knee Replacement I did not think I would be able to exercise properly again. Last night I actually run 5K in the pool over the last few months with the help of everyone I am slowly getting my fitness back Many Thanks Lee Woollard

I am amazed how brilliant the Aquaphysio has been for me. I suffered with lower back disc problems & sciatica & after 7 sessions I feel so much better, it has started me back to Pilates & Aqua aerobics. Phil & his team have been amazing with my routine. The place is friendly & I felt so comfortable & looked forward to going each week. Phil talked me through my scan results, which I understood much more from him than my doctor had explained. The place is spotlessly clean, great staff! Thank you!

Since having both hips replaced in 2015 going to Aquaphysio has been invaluable the exercises you can do in the water far surpass what you can do out of the water I would recommend anybody to go who has any problems at all the treatment at Aquaphysio is second to none and the staff are just so helpful and brilliant

Following major knee surgery I had NHS physio for a period of time, but was finding I'd plateaued in terms of progress, so looked for other options.

After a while I found Aqua Physio and started having sessions with Cecilia and found the heated pool, personal physiotherapy sessions and exercises unique to the water very good.

Within a few weeks I managed to make some significant improvements with my post-surgery rehab, and eventually got to a point where I was able to run on the underwater treadmill (after being told by hospital doctors I'd never be able to run again)!

I've been attending Aqua Physio since July last year after breaking my shoulder. I admit to being a little cynical at first on whether I would see any benefit from it, but I'm an absolute convert. The level of increased movement Ive got from my programme has been brilliant, the facility is clean and well maintained and the physios are both very personable and skilled. Its certainly made a lot of difference to me and I'd recommend it strongly to anyone in a similar position.
