nice place, nice atmosphere, nice drinks, nice food - it's nice

Nice interieur and atmosphere, broad range of cocktails, helpful and efficient staff and delicious food. Fantastic tapas - fast service and well prepared. The restaurant also has a big terrace. Quite pricy!

Food has been great but can I have the bill please I ve been waiting for 25 minutes.

Smallish portions of food which were generally lacking in flavour. Great atmosphere though and very friendly and attentive staff.

Cocktails were decent, impossible to get the attention of staff, ended up leaving because we waited for over 20 minutes trying to politely get the attention of the staff.

26 minutes and counting to get served at the bar.....
Pretentious customers. Barman serving their mates and a select few first.... 12.5% service charge added to any drink ordered FROM THE BAR... even a glass of wine. This place is a joke. Playing off it s name and it s location. Balcony nice but be warned for an extensive wait for a drink. I mean I ve nearly died of thirst....

Cool place, little pricey but the location and place is cool.

For the Japanese food lovers it's must be a place to stop by. Excellent place obviously always better sushi in Japan for my own experience but it was very close taste.

I stumbled across this gem of a place after a lovely day shopping with my girlfriends, we just wanted to have cocktails with a view; we got that and soooo much more at Aqua Nueva. Our lovely host Coco gave us a great table, which we could see the London eye from. Our waiter was very helpful as we were not very familiar with Spanish food, he took his time to explain the dishes to us which we really appreciated. I went with the octopus salad, the crab salad and the marinated salad as I m a fish lover and I must say what an amazing choice I made, the octopus was full of flavour and my salad just left me wanting more with how delicious it was. Our cocktails were yummy and the over- all vibe was amazing. I will definitely be returning to try out the Sunday brunch menu next time with unlimited cava!

Tasty food really nice service and beautiful interior

One of my all time favourite restaurants. Food is fresh and delicious and staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Massimiliano who is always successfully meeting and exceeding customer's expectations. Keep up the great work|!

Amazing food, engaging and informed staff in a very stylish but not stuffy environment. Had a lovely long lunch for 2. Their recommendations were spot on; several small plates of classic and modern tapas followed by the short rib to share was perfect.

Nice place with beautiful bar and restaurant, but one of the waitress' with the blazer had a very rude and negative attitude. Didn't feel comfortable or welcome because of her service.

Really nice place with amazing staff, however, nor the menu or the food is that great.

The venue and views from the terrace on the 5th floor. The service is very poor, I arrived at 12.30 there were only a few people already seated and enjoying their drinks. I waited for 10 minutes for a drink and was ignored by the manager as I stood alone at the bar, I was told that there was no table service but there was, I think he was just sending me to the bar so he didn't have to serve me. My friend arrived an hour later and the poor service carried on, he started a tab to avoid having to go to the bar but our drinks took so long and a couple of times I suspect we had been forgotten about as other tables around us that had ordered after us, got their drinks before us. Figure that one out....we left shortly after, out of pure frustration and the fear if we ordered food, it may take an exceptionally long time or even arrives at all. I am annoyed that I had to leave my favourites bar, when a few basic service skills could make Aqua even better.

Great crowd, but don't ever buy the house wine. It tastes absolutely terrible.

Great place for a meal and drinks after. Great roof terrace. Service was a bit rushed and music very load in restaurant area.
All in all though was a great evening

If I could give 6-star, I would. Great place, delicious food, the staff couldn't be more professional and fun. The view from the terrace is amazing. Highly recommended

Excellent terrace for views over London and aperatif.
All the staff are strangely attractive, either a stroke of luck or a stroke of genius!

Spanish cuisine Restaurant with amazing tapas style dishes

Amazing rooftop bars overlooking busy London. There are two roof top bars located with two amazing resturents. One is Spanish and other is Japanese.

Rude, slow staff. Pretentious place with mediocre food. Way too expensive for a small amount of food. Each drink ordered came with a service charge, that's when the bar staff had finished flirting with 'manager' and looking in the mirrors. Being forced to pay for service charge when there wasn't service! Far better places in London to go, especially for those prices. Cocktails were nice, but they are wherever you go. Will not be returning or taking any friends that come up to London to visit.

Buzzing bar, good for a couple of drinks after work. Nice terrace on the few nights when that's not impractical in London.

As much club as restaurant, the flashy experience is better than the overpriced Mediterranean fare.

Great food, friendly staff and when the sun's out there's a rooftop bar.

went there to meet a group of friends and me and few friends Waited 45 minutes to be served. We we're with a group of about 10 people, 7 women and 3 men and several of us were totally ignored by the bar staff even though there was no one ahead of us. Raised a complaint with the manager who just flatly said ' my bar staff wouldn't ignore women ' and then continue to act rude and abuse-fully, looking over and laughing at us.



The music in there was alright but ruined by a terrible distorted sound system, where crackling sound was just irritating rather than atmospheric.

The Mood was of pretentiousness, the vibe very city boy and touristy.

If you want to go somewhere where the staff are rude and slow, the drinks over priced and they decor tacky. than this place is ideal.

The interior decoration and the view from the terraces are worth it! We forget the price of drinks, dishes and we observe all around us. The service is yours.
