Ok, but very expensive and they charge the service charge even when you shop at the bar! (It's ok, but v expensive, and even if you walk to the bar to the bar they'll still charge you service charge!)
One of the best dining experiences I have had in London! Everything was delicious. Highly professional service, highly recommended! You must have a cocktail on the terrace before dinner!
Expensive overly sugary drinks, in a bat with no bar seats, with waaaaay overly perfumed ppl. I was expecting something different, more sincere, I guess, based on the menu, which we arrived too late to try.
Will not return, but i'm sure this is perfect for ... someone.

Dinner here is a must! Such fresh, good & delicious food. The front of house staff and waitress were very attentive, making the experience throughout very pleasant. Amazing value for the food you get!
I've been in this place many times and I have different opinions between the Bar and the restaurant.
If you go for a drink it's nice enjoying it outside: nice view and always easy have a chat with someone new.
The queue and the service at the bar is absolutely discussible. Staff most of the time not organised, unfriendly, and for a drink you might wait 15 minutes easily.
The restaurant is good, plates are well presented, but most of staff is not adapt for a job in a place that pretend to be middle high class.
I had few unlucky experience, and I have to say, it's nice, the food is really art and good, but that's it.

Beautifully presented and delicious rich tapas. 12 tapas was enough for 4 hungry women. Service friendly and quick. Beautiful restaurant and roof top. I heard the Japanese is also delicious.
Nice rooftop bar with views. The food was nice, we ordered a tapas platter which very tasty. Both drinks and food were expensive but typical for London prices and the venue location with its luxury decor and views afforded the extra cost.

Smallish sharing plates of reasonably palatable food, chaotically served by friendly staff. Those with heathy appetites will find their bills quickly mount up. Unless you have quite deep pockets, consider eating before you arrive. Alternatively, eat light and take comfort in there being a Five Guys right across the street.
Ok, but we were served another tables food by the waiter. Very embarrassing as we hadn't even order our food. On arrival stood around reception area no staff around eventually led to our table to meet our guests making us ten minutes late.
Wow! Aqua Nueva is a style and taste haven. A great escape for delicious tapas, welcoming service and some much needed respite from the busy West End. Thank you to everyone who made our lunch such an enjoyable treat x

We had the privately book function room and mock casino for a work Christmas party. A great time was had by all.
A great location consisting of two restaurants and several roof terrace bars. We visited to celebrate a friends birthday starting off on the main roof terrace with a selection of cocktails and other drinks. We eventually were able to get a table on the terrace as it was very busy. The drinks were somewhat pricey but the location high above Regent Street and the view of the Oxford Street/ Regent Street area has to be factored in.
We had a table reservation in the Spanish restaurant of Aqua Nueva. The staff were very helpful and attentive and we were given a table large enough for our group of 8.
Our waiter was very helpful with the drinks and food menus.
Although we had a bit of a wait for our starters to be delivered it was understandable as we ordered 6 different dishes. They were all delivered at more or less the same time which was good. The food was both hot and delicious and Well presented.
Our main courses were also delivered together and we had a great time sharing and tasting each others choices. We enjoyed several bottles of Albarino wine along with our food.
Our waiter also arranged for a special birthday message to our friend which was delivered along with our dessert.
This was a very nice touch and added a great deal to a wonderful evening. My friend was very touched.
The whole evening was wonderful and we all enjoyed ourselves at Aqua Nueva.
After dinner we continued our night at another of the roof terraces.
All in all it was a wonderful location with excellent food and service.
Somewhat expensive but well worth the price. We have since visited again to enjoy the Japanese restaurant.

This is a great spot for a drink summer our winter. In the summer you have great views of London and in the winter they get out the heaters to allow all year round use of the terrace. Would recommend booking a table though our going very early as it can get crowded.
Personally never eaten there but heard through colleagues that is nice.

A bit poncy (both the staff + customers) and definitely overpriced for the quality of food and drinks but can be worth it when taking into consideration the location and the views.
This is a great place for anyone who likes Spanish Tapas of quality. Service is fun and professional and the cherry on the cake is a hidden terrace with great views of London. Perfect for French expats like us wanting to sample the reputable London food scene. See you Oh very soon!
Very nice restaurant but super noisy and not that big for a party.
Food was great, service was very slick and for a central high street classy restaurant it meant high expectations. We wanted the Japanese side first but it was full and weren't disappointed. Same flair. Prices as expected for Mayfair. Best croquettas (award winning apparently).
Terrace is nice but the view isn't anything special, just the back of ugly buildings. Better views to be had elsewhere. Also the food was not good for vegetarians, i ended up only eating potato the whole night.
This a great afterwork hangout bar. Really popular int he summar as they have two rooftop terraces with some decent seating. Try the cocktails - they were nice. Would not recommend as a frequent hang though, as drink prices, along with food are pretty steep. Great place for a date ladies!

Went yesterday. Understand its tapas but we ordered lots and still were not satisfied. Portions were small and very expensive for the size. Atmosphere, and terrace were good. Food is artistic in presentation but that's as far as it goes. We could not choose what dishes we wanted we had to eat a bit of each dish like a set menu. We eat in Michelin star restaurants so are happy to pay more for good food. All of our party were shocked at the alcohol prices for nothing special. I am not a big eater and ate at home afterwards! If you are willing to pay lots of money for atmosphere and alcohol, that up to you. But if you are going for food experience, you won't have enough to eat.
The place is beautiful and careful. The cons are that there are too many people and the terrace is inaccessible.

Christmas party was here and it's a fantastic place
. Would give this 3.5 but feeling generous. The bar would get 4 stars and the restaurant 3. always have fun in thebar, the outside terraces are a plus - in the summer for the views and sunshine and even in winter its a nice escape and great for those that wish to smoke. The crowd is very TOWIE in style - slightly tacky but fun vibe. Avoid the food - overpriced sushi. If you want decent sushui and are happy to pay that price, there are soooo many options in London now. They need to up their game in that respect. I suspect their typical customers don't know much better though.
Certainly got nice atmosphere. We visited on Friday evening. The food was good as well as cocktails. You don t need to book for drinks at the nice outdoor rooftop bar. And late evening there was a DJ too.
All the staffs were professional and nice.
As a regular diner in London, my experience at Aqua Nueva is one of my favourite to date. I have attended the restaurant on a number occasions. The restaurant supervisor, Massimilano Marchittelli offered exceptional professional service on the occasion I was there. His impressive attention to customer requirements/needs and explanation of the restaurant enhanced the Aqua experience.
Found this place on the last day of my holidays..sublime!!! It will certainly be my first stop as soon as I'll visit london again!

We ordered white wine and noticed the price was more than 10% higher (before tip) .. we asked why and turns out they gave us wrong menu.. it was the same bottle but at higher price .. on top of that they charge 12 service charge, the man at the bar didn t even open the bottle and pour the wine so what service did we get charged for?

Amazing place, food and staff!!! I absolutely loved it. My sister and I spent there a night out in the restaurant and we were amazed of the wonderful experience. This is definitely a place you should take to your loved ones and friends if you want t impress. Once we arrived, our coats were taken by the staff, gesture that i love as it makes you feel special. We tried few different dishes but i definitely recommend the Jamon Iberico. I also liked the presentation of the gazpacho, and all of the dishes. Definitely a place to go!
Impeccably presented tiny portions of delicious and inventive food. Pricey. Somehow the restaurant lack atmosphere - but maybe it is just me... Very dark inside to the point sometime you struggle to see whats on the plate ;)
High end Spanish restaurant but I think overpriced. Good service. A pity that they did not serve gambas tapas. And some people coming for the bar make it quite noisy.
Terrible service. They completely failed to bring the items we ordered; it took several hours to have a meal here. The food was lovely but I strongly recommend you do not go to this restaurant.
I was very impressed with the food at Aqua Nueva. Tasty and beautiful tapas served by formal but friendly staff. Also the staff has knowledge of the wine list and were very helpful recommending wine to have with our meal. Highly recommended!

So expensive and the they tried to hit me with a 12.5% service charge. When I declined to pay as the law dictates that a service charge is optional, they took a very long time before they amended the receipt so as to keep me waiting.
I lunched at Aqua Nueva a couple of weeks ago and adored it. The restaurant has recently undergone a beautiful new refit, with a re-invented menu offering an elegant, contemporary take on tapas: food was delicious and the restaurant was also busy and buzzy, no easy feat in town on a Friday lunchtime.
I ate a la carte, and had delicious fresh ceviche kind of things as well as clever updates on traditional dishes. I thought it was good value for food of this quality: and for when I'm feeling a little more on a budget, then the set lunch menu looked a really good choice. Everything is terribly prettily arranged too - very instagrammable.
If you like small sharing-plates style dining, and a scene that manages to balance hip modernity whilst still making you feel comfortable and relaxed, Aqua Nueva is definitely worth booking.
Its dark, sexy, intimate interior is perfect for forgetting that the summer weather is a wash-out (I was there on business, but I can see it has distinct romantic possibilities too). But if there's a rare sunny day, go early and get a table on the terrace.
I quite liked Aqua Nueva before though I didn't go often: its new incarnation is infinitely better thought through - slick, chic, delicious and fresh. It may well be my new favourite London lunch.
I have to say that I spent a memorable birthday in Aqua Nueva, the best restaurant i have been so far in London. The restaurant manager Massimiliano has made this day a unforgettable experience. As soon we arrived at the restaurant the staff acknowledged us with a smile, made us feel very welcomed. Massimiliano. He offered exceptional service very attentive to detail with fantastic knowledge of the menu and wines, every plate explained was very detailed and amused to know all the hard work behind the masterpiece plates. We will definitely be back for the amazing food and for Massimiliano who made us feel very comfortable. He is an asset to the restaurant as you can feel all the passion he has for this job. Food was not good at all and the Restuarant had a heavy smell. The only thing good about it was the drinks and the ability to go to the terrace. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food as I had read good reviews.
Excellent dinner experience with my family. From walking through the door and being greeted by the ladies at reception, then seated. Drinks and food order was taken by the lovely host Massimiliano who was very friendly and provided excellent service and also recommended a few dishes for us that turned out to be were very delicious and definitely the right choice.
Nice place, good bar and rooftop (didn't try the sushi but it looked great) but why are we asked to pay a 12.5% service charge on a bill when we have to walk to the bar and there is no table service?

I've been here before for dinner as well as drinks recently on the balcony. What is with the staff at the door arguing rather than greeting customers? What is with the broken elevator and complete dark entry downstairs and upstairs? What is with three staff behind the balcony bar but most times only one of them is serving? Slow service, chavtastic clientele, small food servings - will not be back - there are much better places to go in London for a drink with views.
