This is an official corporate complaint about your recruiter Gunjal Jain. After initial contact in early August for "Web Content Specialist Opportunity - 100% Remote", I sent him my updated resume. Then he completely ghosted for a full month with no reply. I sent repeated inquiries about the job. Then today, only upon threatening to send a corporate complaint, did he finally reply that the position has been filled. This person is a TERRIBLE recruiter, has poor communication skills and does not represent your organization well.

Awful service and zero professionalism skills. Not sure why have any type of negativity towards helping potential contractors. At the end of the day they make the company money. They send me tons of emails for jobs, and I m more than qualified for them which results in absolutely no further communication from aptask employee Dharmendra Pandit. Will never deal with them, and while in the subject I have yet to find a decent staffing agency.

My resume indicates I have been retired for 14 years and am only interested in part time, technical assistant type work within a short commute of my home. The resume is the same on all the job boards and has been for years. I highlighted by bolding and underlining the type of work I would be willing to do. It appears that people who work for ApTask ignore these obvious disqualifications for a full time job. AND.... I have no experience or training in biotech and the job they are trying to fill is seeking experienced biotech people. These recruiters either can't read English or they are too lazy to review the resumes to make sure a proper fit. The parent company is responsible for this and no one should do business with them.

They'll randomly contact you about positions, ask for all of this personal information and "right to represent you," claim to forward your resume and then you'll never hear from them in regards to your "application." Companies like this just try to use that "right to represent you" email as means to build their credibility. You never know what they're sending "clients" or if they're even sending anything on your behalf. Not sure if they do anything with your personal info, but conversation with them is a waste of time.

Very unprofessional. Requested my personal info, and never responded. I have responded and reached out and didn t get any response. Also told me about a job that I was hired for, and never followed up. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Initially expressed interest in one job posting, but they scheduled me an interview for a completely different job. I tried ignoring their communications and they basically spammed me for several days. Use a different agency.

Emailed me out of the blue asking for a TON of personal information. No call, no introductory email, I never provided them with contact information. This is about as unprofessional as it gets in the IT world. Don't contact people unless they sign up for your mailing list. This place is pure spam.
