Terrible Experience Ever.
HR Are very Rude and treat you Nasty. all of them Specially MARITA and SHERRI.
You get a different Schedule every day different hours and different shifts don't get surprised. But the women who makes schedule her name is Debby if you get her Food she will give you Good Hours and let you work the shift you want.
Be careful sometimes they steal hours from you have to count every week how many hours you worked.
They will send you on site jobs and sometimes they let you use your own car and If you drive 20 miles or less They WILL NOT pay you the for the miles that you drove.
They lie about hiring they say they hire after three months but the truth is they hire after six months!!.
They will give you a 50 Cent raise after six months working temporary for their Apex Temporary company.
After that forget it you will never get a good raise later, except for your anniversary that Will Not count your six months working as a temporary, the raise they will give you after a year is about 25 to 30 Cent only. PLEASE DO NOT Waste Your Time Working for Atco Industries It's really Not Worth It..

Unless your homeless and tired of begging I STRONGLY repeat strongly advise against working here, it is the WORST place I have ever worked. Management or lack thereof is a complete and utter joke. No direction, no supervision, no recourse if you have a problem. They really should be shut down. Work environment is very unsafe and reporting it goes absolutely nowhere. Very rude and demeaning treatment, write ups are specifically designed to deny unemployment benefits when they fire you. It's beyond pathetic and almost comical they are still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Stay away from this place as a career at all costs, false promises and time wasted was all I received from the company. I repeat, DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!

I would like to work there. It,s a nice clean Productive COVID -19 COMPLIANCE Factory. I,ve Work in Factories and Even 1200 feet in a Salt Mine. But at 60 years of age most companies are not to Enthusiastic about Hiring me

This is about ATCO, a QC contracting job inside whirlpool. First off, don t ever work here. It s ran by family members, who do whatever they want, fix their hours, send out product that isn t even properly inspected. The management has hired more than 4 family members, who get away with absolutely anything. The project manager has been at work one week in a whole month, but let s other people who have no idea what their doing run the cage. It s chaotic. There are a handful of amazing workers who do their jobs but aren t appreciated. Their is no hr to really run to with your problems, being it s basically a family running it.. The ITA sits on her phone, NEVER WORKS, is openly intimate with other coworkers, it s a drama fest. I highly suggest NOT working at ATCO at Whirlpool in Cleveland, Tennessee. DO NOT!

I have work for this company for a little over two years and they fired me for no reason because they don t have enough jobs Pay rates are terrible . and their managers are so disrespectful to the employees there which is most of them are Chaldian s so they take a advantage of them all. I strictly recommend to avoid this place. Note. the owner is scums!

Great place to work! Great management and hard working employees. Great place for advancement.
