Wonderful place to get some energy out! Staff is very helpful and makes the process simple. Definitely thinking about memberships. They even have a kids room for the littles in your family :)

Approach is always a good time for climbing! The routes they have are always challenging and fun. The route setters are so creative! SJ is an awesome hostess and it's such a fun atmosphere with the kids and Juke (gym dog) running around.

It's a bit pricy, so maybe go during their discounted hours. It's a very nice facility though, with a really nice training area for warm up and post-climbing workouts. It's worth the price in my opinion, though.

Went last night with my son and brother in law. We had a blast! The staff was friendly and took us through orientation quickly and safely. We divided up our time between bouldering (no harness, not as tall walls) and climbing with one of the eight auto-belays (strapped into a harness, taller walls, if you fall off, the belay device stops your fall and slowly lowers you down.) A good mix of people were there, from climbing enthusiasts, families, and couples on dates. Everyone was supportive and respectful of each other's place on the wall, with people cheering others on when they progressed up a difficult route.

While I'm a little sore today, I had a great time and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! Friendly staff, good pro shop, and the membership benefits are great. Highly recommend you check it out (and sign up for a membership if you like what you find).

I like the staff on the first day, they were very welcoming & knowledgeable. I joined on 30 Jan with the membership included, so they charged me 111$ for the rest of the February month. I asked the front desk person twice or thrice whether or covers the February complete month. She assured me that it was for the complete February month, ok Feb 10th I was charged $152. When I called today to ask why I wear double charge, the person who I spoke to on phone explained me that monthly transactions happens on every month 10th. When I explained him this is not what I was told earlier when I joined last month, he took my number & said someone will reach out to me in 2 business days. After few minutes I called to cancel my membership(and I quote I did not ask for a refund on the first call & neither I raised my voice anytime on both the calls). The staff member(don t want to take his name) replied urghh I understand your frustration but you need to fill an online form for cancellation . I felt bad the way I was treated.

Just took my son in for his orientation before we started classes next week. We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the facility had what you'd need and expect in a climbing gym. Looking forward to going back.

My kids and I had a wonderful time there. We spent 3 hours there running through the orientation class and my kids had a blast. We will definitely be going back again. Our teacher Cynthia and the owner SJ were wonderful and very accommodating

It was great. They have the easy routes for the beginners, difficult routes and bouldering.

Absolutely a blast. It's a great place with problems of all difficulties that make you keep wanting to come back and get better. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and overall the customers and regulars are very nice people. Great for any skill level to get started or improve their skills. I will definitely be coming back.

This place is super neat, alot of fun for kids and adults too! Awesome workout if you don't enjoy traditional workouts. Staff are all super friendly! Very relaxing atmosphere.
