Great booking service. I use it for my craft classes I teach monthly, if I ever have a problem or question they are very quick in responding and helping me sort it out!

I have used this system for over a year and really liked all the features. Their online team are very responsive and helpful too. Highly recommended!

I've been using Appointedd for a year and it's always great service from the guys. Quick to help with any issues that might crop up. The diary is easy to use and the email function is a great way to keep in touch with clients.

We use the Appointedd system to manage booking of rooms and classes at our Community Centre. Its was easy to set up and very user friendly, as well as the most cost effective that we found. It also links to our existing EPOS system. The staff have always been very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great company, really helpful and friendly staff and the software is super easy to use yet complete enough to suit the demands of any business schedule. I've tried three different booking software programs and this is by far the best. :)

No system is perfect, that is a fact, but this one is doing us justice at the moment and its features are starting to make our life a hell of a lot easier here at C&D.
I am qualified to make such claims as before this system we were with the reputable giant Booking bug for about 5 years . Although it served its purpose , eventually we needed an improved system in collaboration with an intelligent epos system .We therefore went for the collaboration with appointed and Epos Now. Although there have been some teething problems , we are beginning to understand the great benefits of this fluid and smooth systematic arrangement aiding the running of our very busy salon.
Finally to add, and this is arguably the most important feature; the customer service you get from appointedd is second to none. Kirsty , Ashley , Oscar, and Chris whom i have dealt with personally, have extended us their full co-operation , and the instant access to communicate with them via intercom or by phone seals my belief that these really are the people I want to be doing business with.

Oh and girls, ,I'm loving the accents you guys have got over there!

I've been using Appointedd for a couple of years now for my reflexology business. It has saved me hundreds of hours of admin time, and I got my first online booking at 3am from a heavily pregnant lady wanting some help with preparing for birth, so I knew straight away that it would be a good investment. We've been using Appointedd at our Salon for around 18 months - generally speaking it's been game changing stuff for our business working in harmony with our EposNow till system. The software has allowed us to manage 8 of our staff member's bookings quickly and easily, sending reminders and confirmations to clients via email and SMS. Appointedd are dedicated to improving their system - we regularly receive emails informing us of changes and clear information of the benefits of the changes and how to make the most of the updates. We expanded our business a few months ago and use Appointedd at this new Salon too. Much more I could say but to summarise I highly recommend Appointedd as user friendly powerful solution to managing bookings online.

I found Appointedd.com when I was searching for an online booking service to host the Streaming of my dance classes during lock down. The staff were incredible and very very patient. This was unknown space for me and they supported me and all of my questions. I was so impressed that I decided to continue with Appointedd.com when I returned to face to face classes and now the online booking is part of the booking process.

The online booking platform is easy to use and set up but the biggest motivator to stay with Appointedd.com was in fact the staff. They always answer any question I have via the chat within 10m minutes and in great detail.

I have recently started using appoiintedd after a friend recommended it to me. It is so easy to use and anything that I am unsure of I contact customer services, which is absolutely amazing. They always get back straight away and go above and beyond to help out - even organizing video calls when I am unsure of how to do something that is a bit more tricky. We use Appointedd with our till system and it really helps us to track booking at our busy salon from near and far. The system also has some fantastic marketing tools and we don't really make full use of these - note to self, must get better in this area.
The team at Appointedd have been great getting us up and running and helping solve the questions that we have.

Well worth a shot if you want to get a better tool for this area.

I've used a few similar scheduling apps, and I finally settled with Appointedd. Great product with fast support too. Sure there's a couple of things I've suggested, but I am sure they take feedback on board as there's often improvements being made.

Been using appointedd for the last couple of months now and it's so easy to use. I have it embedded into my website, and integrated with a payment site, making it really easy for people to book and pay together. Definitely recommend.
