We've been using Appointedd at our Salon for around 18 months - generally speaking it's been game changing stuff for our business working in harmony with our EposNow till system. The software has allowed us to manage 8 of our staff member's bookings quickly and easily, sending reminders and confirmations to clients via email and SMS. Appointedd are dedicated to improving their system - we regularly receive emails informing us of changes and clear information of the benefits of the changes and how to make the most of the updates. We expanded our business a few months ago and use Appointedd at this new Salon too.
