Good place to work for the most part. Friendly atmosphere and Good benefits. Also good training. The only reason why i had to quit was because they don t pay enough for a family of five. So I suggest looking around but it was a overall good experience for me. Thanks.

Great place to work good people work isn't too bad but dose not pay good. Been working here over five years. layed me off two about years ago at 13.00 (which is ok) when it was Heath Tencna after tree years then they rehired me (now Zodiac) at 10.00 now after about two years I'm only making 12.15 an hour. For a family of five that is not enough like working here but a little low on the pay found a better paying job started off at 56.00 with better benefits much better look around while working here. not a good place for long term job

Horrible job, keeps switching owners, constantly fires people from the temporary agencies when work gets slow then re-hires when work picks up.

Has been working here since 2012 and this is great place to work. A lot of training is provided, benefits are good, people are nice and friendly.

Safran is a cheap, greedy, controlling, and volatile place for employment. One of the leads is Bryan who is raciest and a temper. Production is way behind right now so Bryan blames it on people who are vulnerable. He doesn't care about reason, only that we are behind and treats us like robots. Apply at Safran on your own risk.

Safran is not a very friendly place for employment. All the supervisors care about is work, work, work. They don't appreciate any of the good work i have done, just tell me to work. They get upset if you use the bathroom, break, and even lunch time instead of working. They don't care about our needs, just their schedules and deadlines. You were warned about Safran Cabin.

The leadership at Safran are very volatile. If you don't keep up with the deadlines, they go on a rage and play the blame game. They don't care about your excuses even if there is nothing to do. All they care about is money money money.

Good set of mentors that make you feel capable of doing the work Jake upstairs very helpful . And friendly Co workers who are great to work with as well as supervisers and head leads.

Engineering manager is top notch! Great place to work for, with a good work/life balance.

Worst place to work for. The leadership treated me like dirt. After everything I did for this company, they yell and accuse me of slacking off, even when i volunteered to work on Saturdays. They put profit over people.

The higher ups at Safran treated me like cattle. At the production department, its every man for himself. Employees don't help each other, instead they stab each other in the back to save their own skin. Safran would lay people off in a drop of a dime regardless of how hard or how long they worked for them. Don't expect to be treated with respect or fair if you want to work at Safran

Great place to work. Regular employee recognition events (BBQ, contests...). Great benefits. It seems that this place is getting a better stability since Safran took over a few months ago (less turnover, better consideration for employees)

I used to love working at Safran until they changed leadership. Now it is run by a very angry men name Bryan. He has a temper and can easily blow up. Now I'm afraid to go to work. I recently see huge layoff and people don't last very long.

Safran Cabin is the pits. They lure you in with the promise of making lots of money then you are just a number to them. They keep you under a microscope and when you are not productive, even for a second, they will accuse you for being lazy. I really hate Safran. They are behind so they push us all with unrealistic expectations. They easily go on a rage, blaming us for things we can't do about.

I'd give this place a minus 5 star rating if I could. Building low end goods with NO profit for decades. Changes its name every 5 years to confuse its vendors. It must be a write off/tax break for the French conglomerate company that owns this crumpled mess of a business.

This company rotates 20-40 Whatcom County temp workers a MONTH! Most are let go within 3 months never learning a trade.

This company, perhaps if unionized, could be a high end, specialty shop offering great paying careers for Whatcom County folks, but instead seems proficient and satisfied to produce high waste, employee turnaround, and dysfunction for decades! It insults us all!

Note: My viewpoint is based on working one year at this company, hearing first hand the failures and theories openly shared by upper management, at times via quarterly presentations.

A great place to work and even better if you enjoy building things.

Sad it will be no more... Invested a lot of my life here and hoped to retire here. Sad for all of Bellingham that it will soon close.
