As someone who's worked at a family owned McDonald's, I would like to say that this is one of the best jobs I've had. The people are friendly and understanding, and they understand that you're human and not a robot (*cough, cough* McDonald's *cough*) You just need to be sure to do the best you can do and also have a lot of patience, as some customers can just drive you nuts! And when it comes to the breaks, I can personally say that I would forget to go on break because I was either handling other customers or just simply having fun while working! This place is especially perfect if you're attending college, as they'll find ways to work around your schedule, and will even let you study if you have free time!

Employee for 3 1/2 Years great work environment. Friendly people and room to grow for those who come to work and are ready for the tasks ahead. Supervisors and Management are always available for help. I have gotten to know many great people here who I am fortunate to say are friends. AP is a wonderful place!

I enjoy my time here, hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed. You aren't just some number to them like you would be for a large corporation, management is easy to work with and they look out for you. Training is hands down the best training I have ever gotten for a job. I was prepared 100% from day 1

Been working here for a few years now and I love it! They have a great way to keep everyone motivated with cash, luncheons and REALLY cool prizes throughout the year. Working for a fair, growing, fun place, awesome staff, AND free cool stuff on top of getting paid? Seriously, what else can you ask for?

This is an outsourced inbound call center. I worked here for several years, loved the job and people. Management was always supportive and took care of the employees. Definitely miss everyone there :) The only people with something negative to say about this company were the ones who were not good employees...

I have worked at Applied Perceptions for over a decade and I can say with the utmost sincerity that it s nice to work for a place that acknowledges and appreciate the hard work you do. The owners give lots of added incentives throughout the year to show the staff they are appreciated. This includes free backpacks for employees with kids, BBQ s, a company party with lots of prizes to win, raffle prizes throughout the year and random prizes throughout the year. In Call Centers, to have a working atmosphere like this is rare. To have owners care about you as an induvial is even rarer.

Great place to work , been here several years . Nice co-workers and staff. New challenges and great use of problem solving skills. The company parties, luncheons and prizes make it a fun place to work .

I have been working here almost 2 years now and it has been great. Management is very helpful and responsive, always willing to teach. I never expected to be here as long as I have but I am very happy I have stuck around. Everyone here is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. There is always something going on ; luncheons provided by management to thank us for our hard work, raffles , auctions and giveaways with a variety of prizes. It has been an awesome experience working here!

Enjoyed working here( las vegas office) , mangement is understanding and very down to earth.

AP is an inbound call center so you will do just that...take inbound calls. However they try to be as flexible and accomadating to scheduling needs throughout the year, and also do raffles, have lunches, other prizes and promos as well as a great holiday party. All in all, it's the job you'd expect to do, plus a fun and caring management team!

Hands down one of the best employment experiences I've had. As an agent, I learned how to work with various clients at once, execute projects, handle customer concerns, file incoming/outgoing paperwork, and some intermediate computer skills. Many of the skill sets I learned through Applied Perceptions I utilize to this day. It's a great opportunity for somebody who wants gain valuable office experience with an incredible team!

I have worked here now for more than 6 years, and I have to say the time has gone by very quickly. This is a mid-size contact center owned by two very dedicated people who care a lot about their business and their employees. Regardless of your position, it doesn't feel like you are just a cog in a machine. Yes, it is a call center - you take calls, and customer service is not for everyone. It can be challenging when it's busy. Working for a business that is not a large corporation certainly has its benefits and drawbacks. Sometimes you have to pitch in a bit more to help out the team, and you may work some overtime (the holiday season is pretty big for this industry). However, this is a growing company that carries a lot of integrity and strives to provide the best customer service in the industry, so you can sleep easy when you go home. As far as the work environment goes - there are a lot of fun things that keep the job as interesting as possible such as promotions and contests, free lunches, prizes, and events around the holidays. I would say the best thing about this place is the staff. People who care, support, and do their best to help you succeed and get through the challenges that you face.

Awesome place to work at. I've learned much about business and business practice. Often times there are long hours but OT is great.
