I have worked here now for more than 6 years, and I have to say the time has gone by very quickly. This is a mid-size contact center owned by two very dedicated people who care a lot about their business and their employees. Regardless of your position, it doesn't feel like you are just a cog in a machine. Yes, it is a call center - you take calls, and customer service is not for everyone.

It can be challenging when it's busy. Working for a business that is not a large corporation certainly has its benefits and drawbacks. Sometimes you have to pitch in a bit more to help out the team, and you may work some overtime (the holiday season is pretty big for this industry). However, this is a growing company that carries a lot of integrity and strives to provide the best customer service in the industry, so you can sleep easy when you go home.

As far as the work environment goes - there are a lot of fun things that keep the job as interesting as possible such as promotions and contests, free lunches, prizes, and events around the holidays. I would say the best thing about this place is the staff. People who care, support, and do their best to help you succeed and get through the challenges that you face.
