Applied Concepts, Inc. Review

We are a Franchise GM Dealer and have been using Applied Concepts Phone Training for over 10+ years. I personally have done the training and after all those years of calling in for my weekly session I still utilize the skills I learned from their training today. The training staff is very well versed and professional. The training curriculum is well rounded and easy to implement. Our account representative Jose Morales is awesome he brings a lot experience and knowledge to the table and is great to work with. I recommend Applied Concepts as a required training tool that no business should be without in today's market. Their training platform will bring success to your organization.

This company is one of the best company's i have worked for. And i am sad i am having to leave them. The company is like a family they care about each and every employee. As long as you do your job, show up you are good. There are many bonuses to be had. If you have a problem they are always willing to help out and you are never alone. I am sure i will never find another company like this. I will miss everything.

My name is Nick and I work in test calls. Not only did Alex create a innovative and successful company, he created a company you want to work for. Truly when I say he cared about the product and success as much as every individual employee, I cannot stress that more. When time came for his retirement (well deserved) he looked for someone who cared as much for the business and product as he did, and not the highest bidder. He Made sure everyone kept their jobs and relationships made with the dealers. Jason took over and in year one was hit with a unimaginable year, believed in the product and continued to expand to help all involved. He kept everyone on with full salary (Athletics didn't even pay stadium rent). All Kidding aside not a company who'd turn it's back on clients or employees . As a current employee Its a fantastic company with an amazing leader(S) who wouldn't leave you high and dry for profit. It's almost like saying would you want the Belichick of phone training or the Matt Patricia who takes your ideas and 2nd tiers and cuts and makes you pay 150% (probably gone next year too). In all honestly couldn't say more about what Alex Nicholas created and what Jason has continued. Don't settle for .500 maybe next year. Applied Concepts is the real deal.

This company will take one phone call out of hundreds from a top performer and make it sound like he needs training and force it down his throat this company has a garbage product and at some point they will be non-existent. I average 20 plus cars per month. Not one millisecond of your useless helps. I would steer very clear if this company.
