Well, Nessy called me back today and to my surprise corrected my issue with my Insurance Provider Cigna, were I was told by Cigna I wasn't covered. She had received Cigna approval and was confused by comment I had entered in review. She was able to turn a bad situation that was not even her issue or fault around, and was able to get me in tomorrow. I owe her and the team a huge apology. Looking forward to my experience with Dr Diaz.
I love this place they treat you with respect and they care, my knee was in great pain and Milly could tell by my voice got me in b4 the DR left for the holiday weekend. Dr Le is so concerned with his patients tries to help as much as he can and Dr Diaz is the same way. This office is great.
I love my Dr Diaz, he's so caring about me and how I'm feeling not only my pain but in life. If I'm ok how it's going with not being able to get out and do much, he cares and I love that. Sometimes I'm there longer than I should be but I think he does that to keep me out of the house in a safe place. I sometimes just show up cause my pain is extra bad his staff (Nessy) she always gets me in to see him. Super staff and doctors
I have been to a few DR's after my car accident and here not only do they have beautiful staff, there easy to work with, they have great reliability plans to get the movement back and pain to go away.

Tried making an appointment and was put on hold 3 times then I was asked all the same questions over again to tell me I'm not in network. 12min for all that. Without good front desk people without the attitude your business will lack. Sorry to have put anyone out. I have very serious sciatic pain and no one seems to know how to fix. I guess I have to look elsewhere

Dr. Diaz has been my DO since 2006. He is the kindest and most knowledgeable Dr. Ive ever had. Shots, manipulation, acupuncture,acupressure, this man does it all and extremely well. You won't find anyone better.
I treated with Dr Diaz sometime in 2004 or 2005 while I had been in Florida during a short stay and I have to say I ve never forgotten him. He is the most compassionate, kind, and caring Dr I ve ever treated with. He really cared thst I was having so much pain and a severe bechets disease flare up. I ended up having pseudo cerebi tumor and decided to return to Yale hospital in CT to be treated and remained back home in CT. If i were to plan to move to Florida he would be my number one Dr I would choose to use as my pain management physician.
His entire staff was just wonderful, and tried very hard to make me more comfortable during my stay in Florida. I have never forgotten any of them. I wanted to stay in touch however I fell into a coma and spent three years in a hospital until I finally recovered fully after 10 years. I don t think they will remember who I was if I were to contact them now as I m sure he is one of the busiest Drs in the south with as wonderful a person and doctor that he is.
