I was very satisfied with my visit. But, I have not received the results of my blood test yet.
I was very satisfied with my visit. But, I have not received the results of my blood test yet.
Hate this place people are so rude here. been sitting in the office for an hour and no one has walk in or said a word to me. don't go here if you want your money's worth
Appointment on time and the medical team addressed my concerns.
Horrible experience. Went in because I'm pregnant and woke up with chills/headache and not feeling the best. They got me in right away which was nice. They made me pee in a cup that just sat in my room then eventually was thrown away. Saw that my blood pressure was low, but tech didn't relay that to doctor. They also tried to give me fluids which I ended up refusing because the tech couldn't get the needle in either vein on both hands. Only checked baby with dobbler even after I explained I have been diagnosed with low placenta a few weeks ago. Not once did a doctor step in the room. No diagnosis given. I will never return to this clinic again.
The doctor spent maybe a minute with me and basically told me I have a cold but didn't take the time to find out what wasgoing on. He told me to use OTC meds that I was already using. I also am from out of town so this was an expensive visit. Pretty much did nothing to help me get better while on vacation. I do not recommend them to anybody.
Quality professional medical service provided by Dr. Pallas and RN Kathy. Prompt and thorough. My questions were answered.
This place is the worst... nurses lied, feels like the staff is incredibly incompetent. My son has the flu and what looks like pinky eye, instead of treating both they decided to treat one and tell us to come back tomorrow if his eyes look the same... what a rip off!!!
Dr. Orandi as usual, listens to issues regarding my health and gives suggestions to help me.
They do not handle anyone under 18 for the urgent care.
I went into the Urgent Care at AVMC with a sinus infection and chest congestion. I used to go to the Apple Valley Clinic but switched to the Mayo Clinic in Cannon Falls but didn't want to miss work so decided to use the UC. The doctor was very good and prescribed a strong antibiotic because I was so sick and my lungs sounded congested. Unfortunately, I had some side effects to the antibiotic so called into the clinic around 7:00am. A nurse took my information and passed it along to the doctor 'on call'. By 8:15, no call so I called in and was told by the front desk doctors don't come in until 8:00 so just wait for a call. Called again around 9:30am and asked for a nurse. I was told by the nurse that a doctor reviewed my chart, decided it was viral, so stop taking the antibiotic and I will be fine.
WHAT???? no exam, no discussion with me (the patient), the doctor just blew me off and deemed it viral!
So....does that mean the doctor in the UC was wrong? I don't think so....now I will have to take a day off of work to go see my doctor. This is the last time I will use the UC at AVMC!
Dr. Troedson best ever. Understands the more mature patient. Great bedside manner during office visits. Takes the time to make sure that you have a good understanding of diagnosis.
Natalie Patusch is simply the best. She listens very good to her clients, helps with various options for treatment and is very thorough.
I am a 70 year old, 25 year patient at AVMC. My AVMC doctor is by far the finest physician I've ever known. Being a combat disabled veteran and having had a dozen general anesthesia surgeries plus other major health issues, I've known many doctors but none has come close to being as caring and helpful as Dr. Stolpman. My entire family feels the same way. In addition, I've never, ever had a bad experience with the folks at the front desk or with the nurses. They've always been rsponsive, polite and helpful. The Apple Valley Family Practice gets 5 stars plus from me. I will give 3 stars to the urgent care at AVMC. Urgent care is a completely different health care organization that simply rents space at the AVMC facility as I understand it. I have had mixed experiences with the urgent care doctors, some very good and others, years ago, quite poor. Recently, however, my experiences in urgent care have been much better, a great upgrade from several years ago. I have never experienced the negative things that some posters put on this web site. I would recommend AVMC family practice to anyone looking for a family clinic. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Stolpman, you probably will never go elsewhere. At your first appointment, you will encounter the best doctor you've ever seen.
I ve been going to Apple Valley Medical Clinic for many years and I m always pleased with the results. Their doctors, nurses and staff are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable with the problems I have had.
We took our daughter to urgent care and the only staff that was kind to us was the front desk person. We waited over an hour and people that check in after us were seen before us. The nurse and the doctor seemed annoyed that they had to be there. We definitely will not be going there ever again.
The service is slow and the medicine I'm given always does little to help, so I have to keep coming back.
Tried to give this place many chances and each time I leave feeling disappointed. I went to see a female doctor because I am more comfortable with a female doctor and she comes in with a male who types for her. So now I need to show her areas of my body and she expects me to strip in front of him and her. WTF???!!! In the end I basically went in to be told nothing I didn't already know, with the same health issue I had, nothing solved and over $200 less in my pocket, not to mention feeling sick to my stomach for the experience. My husband stopped going after his experience last year and this has been my LAST time there! This last experience left me feeling completely disgusted and done with Apple Valley Medical Clinic!
After making appointment claimed they didn't show me having one.
I always get in on time. The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive. I feel like my health is in great hands.
Dr. Diede is fantastic and always very pleasant. .. her nurse the day I was in... not so much.. didn't even say hi just walked me back and started the initial exam.
I have been a patient since 1982 at this clinic and seen many changes recently in the past year and a half I have seen several great Drs leave. This clinic is not much help with medication refills as they are not done promptly and when you call in for anything you can bet you will be told " you have to come in", even if you were there in the last week!! It's their way of making more money off of you. This clinic has really gone down hill and I can't say I would recommend it.
I love AVMC. I have always had a good experience there for over 20 years!
Met with Dr Patel and she was such in a hurry to go home because I was the last patient and didn't acknowledge what I was saying! Horrible nurse who asked me a question and would cut me off several times! Very unprofessional!
Been a patient for years. Never had a problem. Staff great.
These people are complete morons. I came in with cluster headaches, I've been having them since 2003, they thought I was seeking drugs! Refused to treat me, but charged me all the same. I had to go to a neurologist to be seen and treated because of there incompetence. Don't go there!
There s no longer any reason for me to keep visiting this clinic after being a patient my whole life. It s just getting worse and worse, from taking an hour to schedule an appointment, to having to wait 45 minutes from the time the appointment started for a doctor to even come in the room, to having to wait another 30 minutes after the doctor finally comes in the room and then leaves again. Why should it take 2 hours to get a throat culture? This is not normal. It is time to switch.
The doctors and front desk staff have always been incredibly professional and helpful.
Let me just say up front: Dr. Scott Benson is AMAZING. This review has nothing to do with him. He's the best GP I've ever worked with.
The staff is AWFUL. I watched them systematically treat patients are nuisances. I had to call 4 times over 2 weeks to simply get the neurological referral I badly needed. It wasn't until I was fairly assertive that they did their jobs.
Terrible Place,Terrible Doctor & staff and worst Customer Services .I have no Clue why they provide way expensive drug ,it happen to me more than 4 time so be careful..while going to AVMC .
Neck injury over the weekend. Was referred buy a friend to go get checked out at AVMC. It was clean and staff were very helpful. The nurse that took my vitals, was very nice and personable. I didn't see any of the doctors that were recommended, but I was helped by and older doctor with glasses. I don't remember the name, but he was very nice and I would definitely recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and explained different scenarios with an injury such as mine. I see other reviews about long wait times, I didn't experience the long wait time. It might have something to do with their urgent care vs. getting an appointment. I went the urgent care route because I went late in the day and there wasn't any appointment openings. In total, even filling out paper work(never been there before) and getting my prescriptions, I was in and out in 30-45min. I was surprised, fastest visit to the doctor I've ever had, thought I would be there all night with the other bad reviews.
The HR department is horrible! They never get back to you. Her process is so slow.
I had walk in there with severe chest pain barely able to breathe and walk, with extreme chest pain. I had to wait for 3 1/2 hours to get medicated for pain relief. Then the doctor came back after X-rays, blood work etc. and his response was extremely unprofessional pretty much telling me that there is nothing going on and there is nothing he can do. So after 4.5 hours of excruciating pain they send me home with 10 pils of Ketorolac 10mg. I woke up today and I can t get out of the bed because of the chest pain, I can t go to work or function right. I called the clinic to see if they can change the prescription because it s obviously not working. They were very rude after I waited for 30 min on the phone told me that I would need to go back again and spend more money to be seen by a different doctor, even tho I ve been in there 24 hours before, and they have all my results. I ask the doctor what medicine is he going to prescribe me and he didn t know the name he just walk out of the room. Very poor service and I refuse to pay for something that has never been solved. If anyone know how I can contest the bill they will send me or a phone number that I can call and explain the poor service is been given to me please share.
Went on a Sunday morning to Urgent Care with lower back pain that made it almost impossible to move. Not one person offered to help me; never was offered a wheel chair, tho it was clear I was in extreme pain. That day it was a 10 out of 10. Receptionists were friendly, but oblivious to the pain I was in. The nurse in Urgent Care was kind. The doctor was horrible. I was trying to plug in my phone in case I needed to call my son; the doctor came in and snapped, "Put that down and stand up!" Then, "Turn around!" I would't talk to a dog the way he talked to me. He asked me to show him where it hurt, and when I used my fingers to show him, he barked, "Not the whole hand; show me with your finger!" Made me WALK to xray; again NO concern for the extreme pain I was in. After he looked at the xray and saw arthritis and scoliosis in my spine, he was a little nicer. Gave me an RX for muscle relaxers and told me to follow up with my doctor. He appeared to hate his job and to hate having to be there on a Sunday morning. He was so rude and mean. I called Monday to complain about my visit; never got a call back. I will NEVER go back.
I waited Almost 40 minutes in the room I hate this place!
I can't remember feeling as sick as I did last week - I ended up having the flu, earache, and pink eye all wrapped up in misery. No fun. I went to Apple Valley Medical Center because I trust them, and they didn't disappoint. They were kind and made me feel like I mattered. And to top it off, Dr. Broton created a handwritten "Patricia's to-do list" for me, so I wouldn't forget a few instructions - like the number of fluid ounces to drink or the two 20-minute steam showers or baths...were couple items on the list. I'm all better now and highly recommend this clinic. Honestly, when is the last time your doctor wrote you a note?
This is the best clinic I have ever received care at. Dr. Orandi and her Nurse Cheryl always provide top notch care. I never feel rushed by Dr. Orandi and always feel heard! I have no doubt that she is genuinely concerned about my health.
All of the staff at AVMC are fantastic! From the greeter, front desk staff, lab staff and everyone else who has a part in making this clinic the BEST one!
Coming to this clinic for many years, so far no complaints, except one time my surgery got canceled because I was not communicate and prescribed that I had an infection during my pre-physical. No one call me and explained or apoligize. Last visit about my broken foot they were helpful.
Wait times are long. Doctors are usually running behind. Care is good.
Excellent Doctor. Very good at listening and solutions. Recommend highly!
I love my team there! I would recommend any go there.
I received excellent care at the Apple Valley Medical Center. I always have, and so has my entire family. The hours are convenient , Doctors, exceptional, I hope to always go here.
They overbook appointments like an airport overbook flights. Its all about money here. Waited 40 minutes after being put in a room the last 3 times I've been in. Sent to TRIA one time for a big sliver (that eventually an older doctor at AV took out in 5 minutes.). Nice kickback I bet. Had a DOT physical a month ago. Told doc I was ready to quit smoking. She recommended chantix, but I had to make another appointment so it could be billed correctly for a prescription. Made another appointment and was told by the same doctor that DOT people can not take chantix.
They never answer the phone, and then take over a week to return your voicemail. The absolute worst clinic I've ever been to. I have serious health issues and have not gotten a live person on the phone for almost 2 months. Anyone giving them a positive review must be a family member or a stakeholder. They need to hire some non-millenials that still understand customer service and remember how to answer their phones.
Dr. Frederixon is wonderful. I have been seeing him since the 80s. He cares about his patients and provides the best medical care.
Efficiency is so much better, wait time has improved, having many more specialists is so nice, now I don't have to drive to the Twin Cities.
An hour and a half wait for shortness of breath. These doctors clearly don t care about your well being. Yet they still work there. Get a new job doctors. You clearly don t like healing people!!
I followed my favorite doctor to this office and I am very happy I did, I love it here, the staff and doctors are the best .. live the new remodel too more brighter and welcome
Waited forever with a freind just to do a pee test. Asked how much longer and was not given a strait answer. Avoid this place if possible i would choose no stars but google wont let me
Definitely do not recommend coming here. Went in to urgent care Sunday for a UTI and was given an antibiotic. Started taking it and had the worst reaction ever migraine and nausea and vomiting. I called and was told my doctor would be in at 2pm and a note would be left for her to call me and I called again at 4pm and the nurse said the doctor doesn t check her messages until the end of her shift which is 7pm. I just called again and my doctor left a note for the nurse to call me and no one ever did. I had to call to find out what was going on. Lack of communication when a patient is having medication reaction is not what I m looking for in a hospital. Once my new antibiotic is prescribed and I m done with this UTI I won t be going back.
Update: my antibiotic was never sent to my pharmacy like I was promised by the night staff. I had to call and have someone send it over.
They were not busy, but I still ended up waiting an hour and 1/2 to see a doctor, who spent a total of 5 minutes with me while looking very disinterested. tossed prescription at me as the was leaving. It was 7pm on a Sunday. So no other real option at the time. But next I will go to the emergency room or just suffer til my regular clinic opens.
Dr. Miller, is a wonderful Dr. He is a very caring physician, that explains to you what you re dealing with and listens carefully to your concerns. I would highly recommend him if you have a lung issue or sleep apnea.
DO NOT GO HERE!! ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN!!!
But really you make the call. Here's what happened to us.
I took my 7 year old daughter here for a uti on Sunday, February 21, 2016. We saw Dr. Gladden.
First they said they would not treat her without a urine sample. Of course that was ridiculous as she could not pee unless she was in the bath due to the uti. The nurse told me and I quote, "She can pee it just hurts." While she's crying on the floor at the thought of having to pee. Next, I was again ordered to make her pee. I asked if maybe they had a pediatrician on call that would be more sensitive to a 7 year old with a uti. She said humph... I'll get the doctor. This only gets better.
Enter Dr. Gladden... He asked her about when it started and her physical symptoms. Normal stuff. Then as he was examining her stomach he continued to ask questions but now they were about her father. He asked how long she was with her dad and if that was normal. Then he asked what she did with her dad and if that was normal. He kept inquiring about her dad for quite a while. Then he told me how seriously ambrosial it is for a girl her age to have a uti. Which is not true it's quite common per her pediatrician. He told her he would not know which medicine to give her unless she peed in the cup so she would have to try. Which is another falsehood. The culture take 2-3 days to come back and they prescribe immediately. He told me I needed to check downstairs and an exam from him would be traumatic and she was at an age that she'd remember it. So she tried to pee but couldn't go.
When he came back he said he would have to put a catheter in her to see if she really had a uti. That was it. I EXPLODED!!!! Talk about traumatic! I said we were leaving and I was sure I had something at home to get her through to tomorrow. I was out of my mind seeing red.
I had endured the rudeness and insensitivity of the nurses. I had endured his sexual abuse insinuations. I sat quietly as he roused her to pee for him making her want to please him and be a super star. And I had watched her cry while she sat trying to pee. But this...this was my very last straw.
In my fury he said he'd write the script but I had to sign papers that said he was doing it against his better judgement or something of the sort. After an hour and all their crap I signed and we left as quickly as possible. I figured it was all worth it as she would feel better in a few hours.
Nope, about two hours later Apple Valley police come pounding and I mean pounding on my front door. Imagine my delight to hear this disgusting slime ball called some crisis hotline on me. I was unpleasant and assured them everything was fine and slammed the damn door.
Today at the pediatrician he said he four other of his patients that have told him horror stories about the center. And he just doesn't know whats going on at that place. But advised me to stay clear.
So, there. Thats our experience. Go if you must just know they are rotten unsympathetic people at heart and not good doctors or nurses.
Dr very thorough, explained everything so I understood clearly. very patient and spent good amt of time with me
very reassuring.
very good doctor
My 3 yr old daughter wasn t feeling well so we went in. Long wait, that was expected tho. We finally saw the doctor he was in and out in three minutes. I was told my daughter was fine, ears looked good, chest sounded good. I went home thinking she was fine. Next day she started saying her ears hurt, brought her to minute clinic , and she has a double ear infection.
I have been a patient for over 40 years. All the doctors are kind, listen to all your problems and I could not recommend any physicians group more. Urgent Care is available 24/7 and they have specialty doctors and so many tests available right in the clinic. After doctoring in the winter in AZ and FL, I can really appreciate the ease and convenience and caring shown here.
Staff is very caring and the doctor in Urgent Care was amazing.
All the staff were super nice and attentive in the urgent care. Super quick visit, and the nurses/doctors listened to all my concerns and fears. Thank you for helping a gal who has serious anxiety over needles!
Exceptional service by service by nurses and medical staff.
Dr. Frederixon is my doctor and I've been going to him for like 15-20 years. I don't want to go anyplace else.
Will not be returning to this medical facility. Waited about 30 minutes past the point of my scheduled appointment just to get in. By the time the nurse called me back, I spent about 20 more minutes waiting to see my doctor. I ended up leaving, without being seen. I called to discuss my experience, with a promise that I d hear back. I never heard back after that. Can I rate below 1 star?
I called ahead to validate my appt as I was a bit worried that I might be a few min late. Since I want to be seen on time, it would seem that we as patients should arrive on time. I checked in 1 minute before my appt, the receptionist was courteous and actually signaled me to approach the desk. I didn't even have time to sit down as I was called into the office where Whitney was very helpful, explained the procedure and remained calm and cheerfully chatty to keep my mind off a procedure that is rather uncomfortable. Afterwards she inquired about payment, gave me options and completed my checkout without sending me to someone else. Thank you for your caring staff and making them feel valued so they can offer great customer service!
Where to start. I went in for a strep test and after 2 seconds the elderly doctor said I had mono and left without any explication besides 3 pages printed off a Web page about the virus. Next, after complications I ended up in the urgent care room at 4 a.m. for a very apparent abcess growing on my tonsil that had taken away my ability to speak, sit up, or sleep for more than an hour at a time, or eat(I had lost 17 lbs in a week). I showed the doctor the abcess/growth but she was unwilling to drian it since I didn't have a fever. After 6 hours I ended up in the ER ar Fairview Ridges where I was treated with concern professionalism (5 out of 5 stars for Fairview). Now I've been trying to pay my bill for a week and I can't get antone to answer the phone! Don't waste your time go to Fairview or another medical facility that knows what they are doing I will never be going back to the Apple Valley Medical Center.
We found ourselves at Urgent care this evening because my 22 month old son had Croup. The staff was friendly, the doctor was very good, and our nurse was fantastic!! They did a great job treating my little fella, as well as being sensitive to my overly anxious first time mama worries! Thank you!!
Molly and Andrea are amazing and you can truly tell that they love what they do.
My recent visit went well from check-in to the nurse to Dr. Diede to the lab. I felt what I had to say about my health concerns and general well being we're important. It is nice to be listened to.
I have been going here for about 15 years. The service and care has been getting worse and worse. The wait time for your appointment sometimes is an hour. My last physical I had a list of things to go over with the doctor and she only let me go over 4 of the 6 questions with her. I will be looking for another clinic.
Great doctors. Very rude reception staff. Some nurses are rude too.
Typical clinic with typical waiting times. People shouldn't be surprised. Too bad the recent remodel resulted in such a poorly designed admitting and waiting area. Temporary signs are still posted to clarify where to go for check in, Urgent Care or even the restrooms....
Dr Niebeling is the best. I live 20 miles away and will always go to him. Personalized attention to my health!
Love the Doctors, but this place has the WORST billing department of any business I've ever seen. They send a bill, then stop and next thing you know you get a phone call from their billing office stating you owe them money. Well, how do I know how much I owe unless you actually send me a bill? I guess the billing office for AVMC must use the subject of "telepathy" or "mind reading" in order for one to guess how much their bill is. Brutal!
The MDs are so wise at this clinic and have so much good advice. My physician really cares about my health and my unique situation.
Dr. Mies is always so positive and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable and I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor
I had no issues with the staff and Dr. Palace has given me phenomenal service over the years. I think all the bad reviews are from narcissistic cry babies who go crazy when their demands aren't met instantly.
Dr Neibling is a physician that cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for years.
It was a busy night and appointments were running late but the staff (medical and non) were apologetic and helpful.
The Dr. was great, but the facility is absolutely filthy. Ever chair, no exaggeration, has a stain.
Very happy with Dr. Pallas and would recommend him to all.
Despite all these responses from the Patient Advocate on google reviews, I was just told in writing by the COO Mark P of AVMC that they didn t have a Patient Advocate. I have a billing dispute with them and need to make a complaint and requested the contact info for the Patient Advocate. I see now that he preferred lie to me instead of work with me over $128. Proof that the employee reviews on Glassdoor & Indeed about dishonest & greedy higher ups is true.
I brought my 7 year old in and told 3 people, the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor that my daughter fell on the ice and the school nurse believes her arm is broken because it looks deformed. I went to this provider specifically because they had an urgent care and their website lists orthopedic care with multiple doctors pictured. At the cost of $400 and over an hour later (mostly spent waiting) and after an X-ray, I was told that they couldn t treat broken bones and was given a preprinted list of about 10 other providers that I could go to, with Twin Cities Ortho circles as my best option. (Turned out to be my only option which they were prob aware too) Mark wrote to me I m sorry that you mistakenly thought... I didn t know that there was such a thing as an orthopedic center that didn t treat broken bones & so instead of telling me that, it gave them the right to proceed and charge me. As if they have the right to take advantage of someone who didn t know any better.
This is the first time my child has ever broken a bone. I didn t go to a strip mall urgent care and assume they could help. I went to a Medical Center that has an Orthopedic dept taking up half their 2nd floor and has it listed on their website. I should have been told that they couldn t help and given the choice whether I wanted to stay and waste time and money, and CAUSE MY CHILD ADDITIONAL PAIN by having her broken arm handled by 3 different people, or to just drive 6 miles down the road for actual treatment bc 1) it s a reasonable assumption that a hospital with an orthopedic department can treat a broken bone and 2) it s obvious that no one would choose to pay them $400 only to have to transport their injured child somewhere else and pay the other provider an hour later.
They also messed up my child s bandage and sling the school nurse put her in. This was definitely NOT in the best interest of the patient but it was in the best interest of making money off someone in the middle of a crisis.
When I got to Twin Cities Ortho, I could barely afford to pay their $500 deposit. I told the person at the front desk what had happened at AVMC, how I just wasted $150 and asked her for a discount. I overheard her talking to her manager and all she had to say was she just came from Apple Valley Medical Center and the discount was approved with no questions asked. I learned later that it s common practice for AVMC to take in patients with broken bones KNOWING they won t be able to treat them, make $400, and then tell them to go somewhere else.
To top it all off, they charged us for a level IV office visit the 2nd highest cost despite the fact no treatment was provided. If the situation was that critical enough to warrant a level IV office visit, they probably should have done something to treat my daughter, maybe a pack of ice or something, but they literally did nothing. Last but not least, they sent me to collections and tacked on an additional $70 fee despite the fact I ve been disputing this with them since day one and the collections rep tried to convince me NOT to dispute charges saying it would make no difference. Originally only wanted the rest of the charges removed but now I want the $150 back that I already paid too.
***Update: I received a message from the Patient Advocate and received her voicemail stating twice that she was the Patient Advocate and then just received another email from Mark claiming they don t have a full time patient advocate but has a staff member who handles complaints. Mark in other words the patient advocate. This place is TERRIBLE. ***
The doctor that I saw their was one of the most patient and thorough and play some people to be around considering being in a doctor's office?! He was more than willing to listen to all my concerns and to give me whatever advice and information he thought that I may need to take care of my concerns when he didn't feel like he would be adequate enough to do it his self! I found that very surprising and very what's the word comfortable with making him my primary care doctor because I can see that he wants me to have the best care possible to be given to me and he feels that if he's not in that special kind of field or in that kind of mindset to help me 100% totally the way the situation should be handled then he investigates until he finds someone that has high qualities in good reviews about themselves also
I didn't have to wait for service,Doctor was right on time. All attendants were very friendly and did jobs well.
Needed the flu shot. Making appointment was very easy. Available times offered fit my schedule. Check-in went smoothly. BUT . . . the printer location is not very convenient for the check-in personnel. It should be on top of the counter!! All went well getting the shot.
I had a not great experience and wasn t going to leave the review until I got my statement in the mail. I figured I would leave this as a warning to anyone using the urgent care services. I took my son in to get a strep test. I decided to also get one as well. First of all, they didn t tell me that I had to stay for 45 minutes for the results, but we did. They refused to call with the results. I had to wait from 4pm-7:30pm for a strep culture with a 1.5 year old. Super fun. Also, when I got the bill they added on a $200 new patient fee. The bill was $400+ (an extra $200 per person for establishment of care... in the urgent care???) for a throat culture ($163 each for the culture). I will stick with the minute clinic or Allina from now on for my urgent care services. So ridiculous.
I made my appointment and was seen next day by a specialist.
My doctor was very knowledgeable and courteous.
We have an excellent plan for my care.
I am very satisfied.
Dr. Jones was terrific as always as was the LPN. I'm sorry I don't remember her name.
Not a good clinic seems as though they just pass you over to get to the next patient. I gave it a 1 star but it doesn t, even deserve that:
I went to Apply Valley Medical Clinic thinking there was nothing wrong, I needed a referral to the Dizzy Center and one of those colon test you do at home. The RN took my pulse and discovered I had an erratic heart beat. The nurse and doctor took very good care of me. I was very satisfied with my care.
Terrible service rude staff doctors are usually fine tho. Billing is absolutely awful and makes mistakes every time we go there sending bills despite insurance already paying them.
They have no clue what was wrong with my son 2 visits later then he is still covered in lumps and they tell me it will go away it's hives. Then I go to the er after 5 minutes they tell me what is wrong with him. Screw this place I'm done. I tried calling manager no response ignoring my calls. THEY SUCK AT THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!
Natalie Pausch did my physical and was very thorough. She took lots of time for questions and helped me with figuring out who to talk to to get a 3D mammogram.
She was very helpful.
My experience that nice was very great.Despite a every waiting time everything was perfect. You .
Terrible support from this place, they couldn't figure out what was wrong after one visit, takes 4 working days to get back to me and say I need to go to a specialist, specialist is a sister company and rude, they won't see me for a phone call visit in two and a half weeks for just a phone call with the doctor! Never again
