It is a very well designed building. It was made to be sleek and futuristic. There are entire panel walls that move to make doorways. A parking garage in underneath the building with several levels. There are all kinds of Apple products inside. Although, the downside is that the building is very crowded.
Very cool place. Eventim iPhone 11 Launch day, everything was open and staff was very friendly. Bought T-Shirt and Apple Quartett cards.

Great Apple Park Visitor Center also the best Apple store I ve ever been, Unique building. The miniature of the Apple Park itself looks amazing with virtual tour from the iPad which was fun. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Love the cafeteria for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately we can t go to rooftop at that time.
One of the most unique places so far. Definitely worth a visit to the visitors center alone to get a scope of how big the Apple Campus is.

I had a spectacular experience when I stopped by the visitor center. The building itself is an architectural marvel, and I was happy to get just a glimpse of the Apple Park building while I was on the 2nd floor terrace of the visitor center. The interactive model of the campus was great, and one of the staff members was especially helpful in pointing out features of the buildings and the history behind the design of it. Otherwise, the store portion of the building is just as good as any other Apple store, plus they have some exclusive Apple Park merchandise. I'm glad I made a visit!

I am not an apple fan. However, I have to give apple 2 thumbs up for design and build the apple park visitor center.
They have their product on display allow you to experiences. The new campus model (1:82 scale??) along with iPad experience was really nice.
What a disappointment! Just a normal store. There is no need to visit this location. The name Visitor Center is totally misleading and a big put-on. Thanks for having wasted my time and money to get here!

The Apple Park Visitor Center was great! I'm personally a huge Apple fan, so disappointing me when it comes to this would've obviously been difficult. It would have been nice to have more available for the public to see, but overall, it's great!
Extraordinary site of the new Apple Campus @ 10600 N Tantau Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014 with Augmented Reality Experience highly detailed view of the new $5 Billion park and it's new Apple Headquarters / SpaceShip. Apple products exclusive to this site include Re-usable shopping bags, t-shirts, caps, pens, kids clothing. It's a silicon valley must see.

Very meh. Augmented Reality display of the spaceship was underwhelming. The best view in Cupertino from the visitor roof was lame. You can barely see above the trees across the street let alone see the new building. Cafe was full of hipster Asians wearing earbuds and staring at their phones, avoiding all social contact (so basically like anywhere in the Bay Area). Apple makes better phones than visitor centers.
With augmented reality, a screen the size and quality of your local multiplex, a roof view, and very good coffee, oh and err enough Apple gear to satisfy any geek, it's hallowed ground for many.
You know, I expected more but it s mostly just a big apple store that you could see anywhere. The second floor should give you a great view of Apple headquarters but the trees already obstruct your view and you can barely see it.

I went to the visitor centre and the parking was free. There was top parking which was full and underground available as well for free. The store is like all the other apple stores except it has the special items that are only available there. Cafeteria was nice too. Overall it was a nice place to visit

Apple believes in giving our consumers a blessing environment for God. Some may find it difficult to use up the storage space on the iPhone. Please consider it. Neat selection of Apple goods and surprisingly nice coffees. You don't get much of a view of the Spaceship campus but it's a beautifully designed space for Apple fans to visit.

A must visit if you are an IT fan or just love Apple. Free parking on the premise. Free to visit and open on Sunday. Was unable to visit the campus, wasn't accessible on Sunday but you can have a 3D very high tech virtual tour of the campus. Very friendly staff.

Besides the privilege and super-aura of visiting Apple s headquarters, I enjoyed this Visitor Center for two reasons:
(1) you can view the actual ring building from their upper deck and gain an understanding of the building s design on the first floor using an AI-interactive iPad, and
(2) a fully functional Apple Store is on site with some of the most knowledgeable Apple associates you ll come across (makes sense).
A great place to visit. Do so if you re an Apple person. Just don t expect the ghost of Steve Jobs to come greet you.
Brilliantly designed visitor center with every small detail taken care of, be it the stairs or the pattern of the wood grain.
The AR demo of the apple park is a good addition, along with the fact that they are open all 7 days a week unlike the old company store open only on weekdays.

The experience here is great. I preordered it and choose to pick it up here. There was a long queue but they gave little snacks and water. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are workshops held there sometime and it s really great.
It's a beautiful glass enclosed visitor center/store with a couple of notable features. There's the typical Apple store with the addition of exclusive Apple Park specific merchandise (t-shirts and the like), a aluminum model of the campus with an augmented reality demo, a cafe with fantastic hot chocolate, and a rooftop deck with an obscured view of the "Spaceship" building.

It's a really nice showcase of the architecture and they give live product demos too. The coffee is way over priced though. I guess if you're an apple geek it's heaven.

Good experience. Helped me out to replace the mac. Even I had some issues about payments they patiently stayed with you solved the issue together.
Not much to do, expect to only be there for about 15 minutes unless you're buying something. Definitely check out the diagram if you can, they're doing a lot of great stuff with their technology right now.
The place is very modern, sunny and packed with people. It's not a visitor center per se, its 99% an outlet store for product placement of the new iPhones. We did the "augmented reality" tour of the new campus -- its sound cool but its actually pretty silly. It's animation on an iPod and not very good one at that. There is a second floor with benches so you can take pics...Good idea, but the biew is horrible, just the road, some tall trees and some of the Ring buidling. The store is packed with security who act like they are guarding Fort Knox...Two stars for free parking, cleanliness and the modern design. Save your time and go to the Apple+ store at the mall...
A great place to either visit the store or learn more about Apple Park. The staff are almost too friendly, and are very knowledgeable. The building is very well designed and it's cool to just walk around.

Great augmented reality visit to the new rather unearthly Apple office the Ring . Stunning architecture of the visitor centre itself. Some swag available only here. Good coffee lounge in addition to a regular Apple Store. Overall worth the visit!

Not worth the visit despite the hype. The only thing you can see is a augmented reality view of the HQ on a 9.7" iPad. Come on, at least use a 12.1"! Anyway, there is no clear view of the HQ, the trees covered it well. A fancy store selling apple stuff-some very expensive tee shirts. Had they provided a better view of the HQ, I would have given better ratings.

Nothing special to see. Was a bit disappointed and expected something more like a museum or so. It s a bigger apple store but not more. Also no Access to the big new donut.
Since I bought my 2019 macbook pro in march 19, I have been experiencing a lot of kernel panics and battery disgharment when plugged in. The problem is only getting worse and worse. I Have Tried everything thinking it could be a software fault. In April 20 I have decided to contact apple support, they told me to try a lot of different things, which none of them solved the problem, so they told me to take it to tech support. My city was in lock down due to the pandemic situation that we are living, so I took it yesterday and I was surprised to hear that it probably could be the logic board and I had no warranty. I have tried to reach out to apple support team which was the worst customer support that I have ever experienced in my life, I guess I got really surprised because I wasn't expecting that from apple, which I used to be a real fan. Apple no more.
We visited recently and had a really good time.
My guest was intrigued by the ipad which was used to see the whole architecture of the Apple park. My group had a great time playing video games and touring around. There was a presentation going on about using an app to edit video clips. All the staff we encountered were awesome! They are friendly, funny, helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Apple Visitor Center.

It's pretty nice, but I'd love if you could see the actual Apple Park from here.
It's surprisingly not much more than an average Apple store. It consists of a store, a cafe, and a second floor with an obstructed view of the Apple Park main building. The cafe is nice. The store has some souvenirs, like t-shirts and decorations, and hardcover books showing Apple designs through their history. All that said, I can't really see why anyone would bother coming here if there were a closer Apple store.
Look at the gigantic, 4-storey high, 9' x 49' size, one-piece, vertical, 'glued', glass plates, lining the entire outer wall of the ring-shaped, at least 1,200 feet diameter building, simulating a space station, housing Apple's HQ, and called 'Apple Park'!

If you are an Apple fan this is a cool place to be. Apple Park is an amazing building for anyone interested in architecture and if you are fortunate to be able to get a tour I highly recommend it!
Great visitor center with interactive activities for kids (I ve been there twice and walked into a photo taking session and a coding session respectively). The second floor has a great view and there are a lot of parking spots underground. But there are way too many people even on a weekday

Friendly Apple workers around answering questions. Beautiful location and building! Not a lot to do but if you re an Apple fan you ll want to take a peek. Plenty of parking and wasn t too crazy.
It s a nice Apple retail store next to the main building. It s less exciting than hoped. The augmented reality tour is cool, but you could be anywhere in the world. You can of course buy a limited edition T-shirt, but they aren t cheap.
