Kinda bland. And no good way too see the Apple cam...
Kinda bland. And no good way too see the Apple campus. They have an upstairs, but it was closed off.
Kinda bland. And no good way too see the Apple campus. They have an upstairs, but it was closed off.
Huge Apple Store and obstructed view of spaceship HQ. Not worth the time.
Cool place to visit. This visitor center isn't in the actual round building
Such a stunning space. It's like going to an Apple store but so much better. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The space is large and never feels crowded (like some Apple stores in the mall). Place they have a VR experience where you can "tour" the main campus - what an incredible experience!! Go up to the room to get more of a view of the campus and the main spaceship structure. Everything down to the bathrooms is clean, intentional and beautiful. A must visit!
Very neat, well organized, pleasant staff..only reason didn't give 5 stars was hoping to see more displays, 'interractives' etc
it's a cool store, with cool merch. I just wish you could see more of the campus.
One of the best Apple stores around. Really friendly staff and the best part they have a caffe inside.
Pretty nice if it wasn't for the $45 tag price of a simple tag
The store itself is BEAUTIFULLY designed, and you can buy Apple memorabilia there. I was kinda hoping to get more access to the Apple Park though, and left disappointed cause of that
A great place to visit if you are in San Jose or the surrounding areas. It is a very attractive visitor center. You can see the design of Apple campus through interesting technology. Highly recommended.
Lots of tourists! If you're an Apple user, you'll love it.
Amazing!!
Great architecture, beautiful place.
Very interesting experience with the ipads looking at the HQ and surroundings.
Friendly staff, clean and nice environment, great visiting and shopping experience!
Very innovative visitor center, tea is also very tasty, but I would like it if there would be possibilities to visit the actual apple park
Great experience! Complete Apple services, including a coffee shop. There's no way to visit the main building yet, but there's an AR your for visiting the site
Is my happy place. Everyone is very kind and they organize lot of free events to teach kids and adults computer programming and other softwares
I have visited three main hi-tech company recently: Facebook, Apple and Google. We had a host in Facebook and it was amazing. Google was also ok. It's merchandise store was pretty good. We purchased a lot of souveniers there. But the Apple had almost nothing as souvenir. They run their visitor center as another Apple store. I found a cap with an Apple logo on it and guess the price? It was 40 dollars! I am sure it's quality deserve the price but I don't know. We all know the price policy of Apple but a little mercy they should show I guess. At least for the visitors who just wanted to come to your home.
I am not a big fan of Apple products. But this place was one of the largest Apple stores that I have been to. Except for the messy parking.
Hard to see the actual Apple HQ building. No access to a place with a view. This was a disappointment. The only way to look at the building was through AR in an iPad looking at a model in the visitor center.
With all the great minds that work here you d think they d be able to design a parking garage. Shockingly incompetent
Amazing place, beautiful and technologically perfect. There are a little model of Apple Park and you could see through tablet how the Apple Park will be real. The good experience. There are a big store next to the visitors center.
Nice and quiet. Buy your Apple branded baby bibs here
Just....wow!
Sleek...minimal decor. Friendly people that inspire you.
Amazing place to visit. The staff there is always joyful and great help, and isn't over bearing as well.
The light architecture of this Apple showroom and shop is just great. Everything fits so well together. There is parking available onsite.
The best thing is you get free lessons about how to use apple products. I was part of a one hour IPhone photography course. Everthing was explained so well on a big screen. So you should check the website for upcoming lessons and time schedules.
Really nice Apple employees. One even took a great picture of my son using portrait mode and edited it for me. The barista created a super-cute teddy bear picture with the milk on top of my hot chocolate. The guy doing the kid robot (the robot is spherical like BB-8 without the head) programming event was pretty awesome. (Teddy bear and aqua-lighted robot picture attached)
Best deal price on all apple products... A place to see and know more abt apple....
Very clean and well designed visitor center. A must see for Apple fans. Can't go into the campus but can get a VR view of what's inside on the iPad that is available fo use
Every visitor will be provided a temp. IPad, from that they can see how the building works, how Apple utilize the air, energy from the sun...
If you haven't, you really need to check it out! Make sure to get the AR experience with the ipads. Absolutely inspired.
Not much to do other than browse the store, though they had a neat little learning session for kids. This is also the only place in Apple Park accessible to the public, the rest is only for Apple employees (even the buildings outside the ring).
A must see. The store has one of a kind items and the augmented reality overview of the park is slick.
The rooftop deck has a good view of the park as well.
Awesome little cafe and AR tour of the Apple campus. Swing by and grab a souvenir if you are around.
Amazing design, friendly staff, lots of place to sit inside and outside. Also check the rooftop for a view of the Spaceship.
Covid screening with temperature checks and social distancing protocols in place. Once screened you walk to the entrance, but there is neither attendant nor signal of when to enter the building. Process is smooth once inside and staff are helpful. Was here to pick up an online purchase; product was pre-picked and the staff explained how to pair the device.
Nice visit of this Apple store where you can purchase Apple merchandise where no where else have
Great to be at the Apple Visitor Center. It has a regular Apple Shop and a Cafe. Here you could buy merchandise like T-Shirts and other Stuff. Mug s are only available at 1 Infinite Loop Apple Store.
Really NO impress at ALL. If you've been to an Apple store then, well same thing. The staff is great. They have an area with the design of the campus and iPads with AR so you can take a look at the campus. BUT THAT'S IT! Nothing else. You take take a look at the roof of the campus/spaceship from the second floor of this place.... But so what? If you sis the pic to someone without saying what it is... They won't get it. Reason? The building is cover with trees. All you see is.... the roof and nothing else.
We visited this center at least 4 times this year with our visiting friends. This past Saturday we visited it again, and felt that their tour guides were getting better each time. The Apple tour guides were extremely helpful. Not only they gave illustrations to the Apple Park s Aluminum model & took photos for us in various angles, a guide on the roof even taught us how to take pano photos and also showed us how to convert Live Photos into bounce photos. He was really nice! We end up purchased 4 great Apple products in the store. We also enjoyed the coffee on the first floor and the surrounding olive trees . Over all, it is a lovely place to visit.
Amazing place !! I recommend you
Apple Inc. is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services. It is considered one of the Big Four tech companies along with Amazon, Google, and Facebook.
The company's hardware products include the iPhone smartphone, the iPad tablet computer, the Mac personal computer, the iPod portable media player, the Apple Watch smartwatch, the Apple TV digital media player, the AirPods wireless earbuds and the HomePod smart speaker. Other services include Apple Store, Genius Bar, AppleCare, Apple Pay, Apple Pay Cash, and Apple Card.
I feel like Apple had the chance to do something different here, but instead they just made another Apple Store.
Full disclosure: I'm a Google fan and don't own Apple products. Obviously I felt very out of place here with the pretentious vibe that Apple goes for.
This is basically just a big Apple Store. There's a few t-shirts for sale, but that's it. There's also a cafe that's so pretentious it doesn't post the prices. I think it would be a lot cooler as a merchandise store instead of a bunch of gadgets you can buy online or in any other Apple Store.
There's a nice rooftop where you can see the circular Apple Park. The best part was the AR of Apple Park, but let's be honest, everyone would rather be able to tour the real thing.
If you're an Apple fanatic, you'll probably find this cool. If not, don't go out of your way to visit.
neat little area, it's a glorified Apple store but still cute
A disappointment. Jobs and Wozniak would have shook their heads in shame at this temple to capitalism. Beautiful modernist architecture but nothing of substance inside.. Where was the history of apple? The Apple II, Macintosh Plus, SE/30, Apple IIGS? The massive Mac Quadras, the first iMacs in all different colours? The Mac Pro, the LaserWriter II NTX, the Macintosh 'clones'??
Apple has become a slave to the share market. A company that has the 'courage' to remove the 3.5mm headphone jack and to sell you their crappy bluetooth Beats headphones instead. A company that won't allow you to put a discrete GPU in your desktop or sell you an iMac with a 24" monitor. A company whose notebooks won't let you plug in a thumbdrive without a 'dongle'.
I think I forgot exactly what I was talking about however to summarise, I hated the Apple Park Visitor Centre. Do not bother.
Design of perfection. Am such a hardcore Apple fan.
It's mostly a store. However, they have a virtual reality program used to see their future site. It's pretty cool.
I was in awe of this place. It s just amazing how far we have come with technology in my lifetime. One of the employees helped me with my iPhone. There are just so many things I don t know how to do with it yet.
But, the best part was the coffee shop! I am not kidding when I say it is the best coffee I have ever tasted. I even mentioned it to the barista. They said it is a blend of beans from Italy, made specifically for Apple. When you visit, be sure and have a cup of coffee.
Apple knows how to put on a show. One complaint, like I have with some of their products, is that you can get a latte at the cafe, but it is only how they want to make it. Vishnu forbid you want a second shot, you will have to buy two full cups. Really, Apple, really?
Unfortunately the deck was closed but it is an awesome piece of architecture never the less. Definitely worth a look if you're in the area.
Amazing store design, but does not felt like be at the HQ of Apple. Looks more like a part of a 2050 movie scene.
Very interesting visitor centre with some reasonably priced exclusive T-shirts for $40. They also have a quite funky augmented reality model of the building which you can view through an iPad. The building itself is absolutely amazing it has to be the most expensive office building in the world the scale and design are absolutely insane
Apple Store, coffee shop, and AR of apple park, nice place to visit, the staff is very friendly.
It's just an Apple Store!
Nice building, with a Caffetteria, and an experience area with a Augmented Reality demo to see the Apple Park in the different moment of the day using a plastic model. No visit, no story, no museum.
High tech gadget to "survey" the Apple building complex. It's cool.
Just a corner of Apple's glass office is visible from here. They have a very basic VR setup to flaunt their new office which doesn't impress at all. Mostly selling their high prices products which you can get at least 20% cheaper at Bestbuys.
While I appreciate the magnitude of Apple Park (especially what is known as the "Space Ship" of Apple, its a fantastic layout and place, but ....but....but... Apple does not offer tours of the facility, it just has an Apple store and cafe. It does not show you what everyone wants to see. I advocate for Apple to show off the master development. Why build something with so much magnitude and hide it? Especially to locals? Think about it Apple. The store is nice and modern, but not much different from other Apple stores. The place that I'd visit is the campus if I could.
It's okay. The ring is huge but hollow. The design is very inconvenient.
Low key introduction to the spaceship next door. Apple products and fine confections from Italy.
Incredible retail experience. Thank you Brady for your expertise and professionalism. By far and away the epitome of Apple excellence.
Wow, in case you have the opportunity make sure to have a meeting with someone at Apple. This site and corporate HQ is way way ahead into the future compared to other companies. So nice staff, facilities and green surroundings, almost surreal. Employees even have their own room no more the pesky cubicles
Loved it! Be sure to check out the cool exclusive merch!
Apple Park augmented reality experience that Apple has to demonstrate the new campus features is amazing. Never saw anything like that!
This place is amazing, the apple building out of this world.
Not cool. Why can't I go to the campus? It's silly, Google allows visitors. Sure , bikes aren't allowed to be used but it's reasonable. The store is nothing special. Just another Apple store. I personally don't find it fun. Google campus is better.
The closest you can find to see the apple new headerquater
The probably only company in Silicon Valley with a real Visitor Center. Very nice building to visit.
Fun to be there at peak time. Lots of visitors. Lots of tour buses.
With a store front like this, I can see why they absolutely want to price their phones on par with cars
Second time at this wonderful store/demo area. Must visit!
I'm not an Apple fan, my boyfriend is, but I did really like the visitors center! Parking is free. You can see the circle building with an iPad augmented reality tour, that's fun. And there are some tutorials and a lot of tshirts and other souvenirs. It's nice!
If you are an Apple fan then this is a must see as it is the closest you are able to get to the actual Apple Park as a non Apple employee. The visitor center is beautiful, it has a cafe with delicious coffee and you are able to take a virtual tour of the Apple Park with an iPad. Took part in a today at Apple session here too which was great. Only thing is that the merchandise such as T shirts and base caps are really not that exciting - Apple could invest in some more cool stuff.
I use to be able to plug my phone in and simply download photos directly into my photo folder. Now I have to PAY to use icloud, select thousands of pictures, buy a codec to see them in the zip file, then download them. How is this progress? Apple forces us to go backwards instead of forwards in the name of profit. Keep it simple please. No need to over complicate things like this. It's not progress, its annoying.
I will never forget visiting this place and Steve Jobs Theatre for the first time. It was June 18 and this was my first trip to US and I came here for WWDC which was quite an experience! I still remember buying my first Apple T-shirt here in visitor center.
Love the design of the building and it s surroundings. If you re visiting definitely try the Apple Park AR experience and go upstairs for an amazing view.
It's very similar to any other apple store, but with the amazing view of the infiniti loop headquarter. It's really a pity not be able to visit the structure itself. They should open it to the public in some occasions.
Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable not only the products but the general architectural design of the Apple spaceship.
This is a great place to get a glimpse into one of the world's tech giants. Yes, it is an Apple store, but the interactive 3D model viewable through iPads is very interesting. Additionally, it includes details on how Apple has taken steps to conserve energy in such a massive facility. Don't forget to take the stairs up to the rooftop patio to get a better look at the spaceship!
Apple fan or just techie fan this a nice place to visit, it's basically a store but with views of the loop/ring building, has an augmented tour using an ipad (15 mins of entertainment). Has nice roof to where people paint and chat, it also has a coffee shot with some drinks and snacks. About 10 to 15 mins walk to local mainstreet with lots of places to eat.
