My new BTO flat conveyancing was done with Apex Law LLC and I was served by Ms Freda Teo. I am very pleased with the services rendered by Apex Law and in particular Ms Teo for the professionalism & efficiency in getting the job done. Within 0.5 day after finalizing payment with HDB, I receive notification to collect my keys. Throughout the conveyancing of my new HDB flat, Apex law knew exactly what to do, and has clearly demonstrated their expertise in this field.

A law firm that charges affordable fees for the masses does not mean substandard work . Apex law quoted me 20% lower that what other law firm quoted me, and although apprehensive at first I was proven wrong. I was quoted $X in January 2019, and was exactly billed $X in May 2019, no hidden cost.

The law firm office is convenient located near HDB hub, modest office but exhibit a very welcoming vibe. When I walked into the law firm, Mr Sega was smiling and gives a welcoming atmosphere.
