All the positive reviews here are FAKE, some of the positive reviews from their own employees based in Pakistan, as a landlord they have asked me to give them a positive review, which they have asked lot of landlord do.
This is a worst company I've come across. All those local London councils must be ashamed of themselves for working with Apex housing solutions, Apex housing solutions is a perfect example of ROGUE LANDLORD.They should be banned from the UK, they are also abusing the immigration system. LANDLORDS don't let your properties through this company unless you want it to be trashed. poor tenants suffer as they have no choice, nothing will be done unless the council gets involved. The director is not the one who is listed, they have now moved their office, you cannot meet them as they won't let anyone visit their office, they won't give us their solicitor's details to send legal notice, they won't return calls, if at all anyone bothers to discuss issues, will promise you the world only to waste your time and then pass the case to someone new and then the same all over again, most of the work is now done by untrained staff in Pakistan, lot of illegal immigrants woking in this company. The will fold up soon.

These people don't care about their tenants as I reported a water leaks and 2 weeks later I'm still fighting with them to get it fixed. We signed for the contract on the 8th of October and has a 4 year old daughter and a 9 weeks old son that the smell from the kitchen leakage has now gone to the bedroom that is unbearable for myself so imagine for the children.
I think this company could easily be a 5 star if they focus on the one fundamental problem, refusing responsibility. Every individual i have had to rely on here has deliberately avoided taking responsibility more than the bare minimum.
Our hot water keeps going, the customer service ignored my emails saying this keeps happening and we need to get to the bottom of this, they wouldn't reply about that and wouldn't pass this on to the engineer or report anything about the issue back, we don't see the engineer as it's an external boiler so they are the only proper contact we have. It's an in house engineer who is the one fixing the boiler, they know the boiler keeps breaking but only do the same temporary fix. My bike was stolen from the communal hallway bike area, they claimed another person is responsible but ringing every day there was always a different reason why he wasn't in and never contacted us. A man in a suite came and lied to my face about replacing our bad front door lock a year and a half ago, whenever we ask on the phone the person just says it isn't their responsibility and that they will ask someone else.
I would love to hear from Apex that they will take this massive issue on, that itself will take responsibility.
Apex are the WORST property management company I have ever come across! I have reported several issues with the property since JANUARY and still not completed. They ignore calls and texts (simeran) there communication is non existent! They pass the buck from person to person. Do not trust this company...I m sure the landlords would be horrified if they knew how their properties were being neglected. As a tenant you can do no more than report the issue. Stay well away from this Mickey Mouse company! If I could give 0 stars I would.
