I think this company could easily be a 5 star if they focus on the one fundamental problem, refusing responsibility. Every individual i have had to rely on here has deliberately avoided taking responsibility more than the bare minimum.
Our hot water keeps going, the customer service ignored my emails saying this keeps happening and we need to get to the bottom of this, they wouldn't reply about that and wouldn't pass this on to the engineer or report anything about the issue back, we don't see the engineer as it's an external boiler so they are the only proper contact we have. It's an in house engineer who is the one fixing the boiler, they know the boiler keeps breaking but only do the same temporary fix. My bike was stolen from the communal hallway bike area, they claimed another person is responsible but ringing every day there was always a different reason why he wasn't in and never contacted us. A man in a suite came and lied to my face about replacing our bad front door lock a year and a half ago, whenever we ask on the phone the person just says it isn't their responsibility and that they will ask someone else.

I would love to hear from Apex that they will take this massive issue on, that itself will take responsibility.
