Nice park! Well set up for the animals ... my man almost had to stay because he was seen as Bokito ... luckily I was able to convince them that that was not the case and that he hadn't shaved that day ...

Been here today 2nd time and have to say it was nice and busy but for the food especially the hot dogs were not to eat. Sandwiches old and fell apart and the sausage also did not taste and that for 7.50 and more like a half hour in line because the staff was not trained do not buy anything in terms of food there.

A really beautiful, species-appropriate park. The adventure world, around monkeys, is great and also very attractive for the spectators. If anyone should be near..will visit this park. Really come with opening, the day is otherwise not enough. Thank you for the great day we experienced as a family.

Nice for sometime. Of course you only see monkeys. Stays are good and there is sufficient hospitality available.

I always have to force myself to do the whole tour. If I go alone, the road is short. Straight to the skull monkey and I sit there all day.

Large and versatile, good large parking, accessible for the disabled, several buses stop in front of the door. Near the center of Apeldoorn. Smoking is allowed in the designated places.

Apenheul remains a beautiful one. Keeping monkeys is a plus, but you can also enjoy nature in the park. You will find local fauna such as Ring snakes or Jay, which makes a visit even more fun. The animal enclosures in the Apenheul can hardly be called stays. At the usually large accommodations fence or the end of the stay does not even stand out because everything is very natural. It is of course great fun that many monkey species can be found in lodgings where you suddenly walk in, often without noticing it. Horeca is still slightly under development that other parks have gone through, but everything is organic.

Because of the weather unfortunately only half can see, and we have learned that monkeys do not like rain. Park is very nicely dressed up and nice monkeys!

Fun and educational with the corona you see less monkeys

Today, after years, we once again visited our kids, found it disappointing to see few monkeys and mega busy: (the park can do little about that, of course. But no, unfortunately, not a successful day for us not again.

Nice natural park. Lots of room for the animals. The animals are easy to see and also walk around.

There are many things for children to do, to play and to learn.

A downside is the parking. It is a long walk from the park and you pay a lot for it.

Even in corona time, it's fun! Certainly less monkeys, but we had a great time !!!

Very nice for kids.
At first it's a lot of fun to walk next to the monkeys and take pictures with them, then a little less because everything looks the same.
At the end there is a carousel and activities for children.

Space for the animals is okay. You see fewer animals than you expect after all advertisements

It is already a beautifully landscaped park without seeing monkeys. By means of various wooden walking paths that are arranged at various heights, you get an experience to tell you. The possibility to watch good monkeys is also arranged. Magnificent. As a photographer you can also enjoy yourself here. Through all kinds of created corners and holes one gets the opportunity to shoot beautiful pictures.

Super nice park where you can get very close to the monkeys. There is a lot of variety and interactive opportunities for our own monkeys. However, I advise people not to go when it is very hot. I read some lesser reviews of people than go but then the monkeys are just as lazy as us. The youngest daughter still tells about it after a week.

Was fantastic nicely decorated for all animals .. nice clean park too. and great arranged for people who smoke.food a bit too expensive because the fries are not tasty almost everyone of us had half of it on regular fries had been tastier for the rest friendly staff

Nice walking route, animals really have the space, do not forget to take the scratch card treasure hunt at the start for the kids.

Apenheul remains fun for young and old, but for people with a smaller wallet, bring your own food and drink, because that is antisocially expensive

When you hear Apeldoorn you immediately think of the Apenheul. If you come from Apeldoorn you must have gone here at least once in your life. It is a super nice place both with friends and family. Always smile!

The children I was with loved the free-roaming monkeys. It was easily accessible with the wheelchair. The disadvantage was that the very first monkeys were so nice that we eventually had to go through the rest of the park very quickly to see the rest. I would definitely come back again.

Despite a lot of crowds to see, just park with many different monkeys, the Bomenpad is very nice. A lot of attention for quality (organic) food (also vegetarian).

Nice and beautiful park. Monkeys come very close. Be careful though, because they can bite. Young children absolutely love it there. Recommended!

Super fun ... especially for the kids.
We were there at exactly 10 o'clock and it was still nice and quiet. A little too quiet perhaps, because many monkeys were not fully awake themselves.
After an hour all monkeys were awake .... nice!

Nice park, well laid out, mostly running under the trees. With some boards, information is also in German, but that should be on each plate. Furthermore, the entire park should be smoke-free. If you sit on the terrace or drink one, it will be spoiled by paffling visitors. Day out for the whole family is an expensive business.

Nice park. And as a tip you come after 14.00 hours buy online your entrance fee saves you 4.00 euro per ticket + 1.00 euro online discount.

Best monkey forest I've ever visited ...

It was horrible. Corona measures according to RIVM were hard to find, the park was far too busy and too few possibilities to keep a distance of 1.5 meters. Fortunately, we had thought of bringing masks and hand alcohol for our own protection, because this was really a joke. We will not be back for the time being.

Super fun with children, especially the fact that the monkeys walk free the staff give explanations makes it a unique experience

Geweldig om rond te lopen, dieren zien er goed en verzorgd uit. En op het moment dat wij er waren. Hadden ze een heleboel kleintjes. Was echt een super dag.

For the first time been to Apenheul, nice park very nice.

Never been before, but definitely worth repeating. Very nice to watch the monkeys. For young and old a nice family outing.

Really interesting concept! Love the design and the exhibits. Merchandise is a little lacking though would recommend anyone in the area. Would probably say going earlier in the day is better, and going round the park backwards as it were. Monkey proof bags are a good idea. Was just a little concerned at the number of people, though I have since been told the staff regularly consider and restructure the staffing to accommodate the volume of tourists Vs primate stress etc.

A great park around our close relatives the monkey.
Great facilities and many walk-in enclosures that invite to discover.
With patience and tranquility, you become a climbing frame for the primates.

The stray monkeys are very nice. The park staff are very friendly. You can ask them everything about the animals that live in the Apenheul. Be sure to come back again.
